Springhill Suites San Diego Mission Valley

Happy to have bathroom separate from shower area to accommodate guests.

The room was one of the cleaners I’ve ever stayed in, the staff was friendly and inviting. Breakfast was basic but included. The air conditioner worked great! I definitely enjoyed my stay.

The staff was super rude.

Room was very clean, and assortment of pillows was good. Bed was hard and people on floor above were clomping at night was bad.

The air conditioning was so loud and ran pretty much all night, switch off for 20 seconds and switch back on. Made weird clicking noises turning on and off which kept all of us awake. The property was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. The sleepless nights were the only problem.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming at arrival, stay was great very convenient to everything around, however, I’ve had better breakfast at other hotels. Overall family friendly would be staying there again

The perfect location and the best place to stay and enjoy San Diego

Great location, centrally located in Mission Valley for us as we were visiting La Jolla, Mission Bay,, Point Loma, the Zoo and Old Town. The staff were extremely friendly. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job stocking towels for the five of us. Plenty of options at breakfast too.

Clean room and nice breakfast

I happened to stay here when they had scheduled a water repair during the night that required shutting off water to the hotel from around 11 pm to 5 am. I was impressed at how well they communicated this, both through advance emails and when I checked in. I also compliment the front desk staff, especially Aurora, who went out of her way to help me with a mistake in my reservation and ensure that I had what I needed. Ultimately I never noticed the water going out but I did appreciate the spacious and well-furnished room, the helpful staff, and the clean and well-maintained hotel.

Breakfast was super good! The staff was super nice & the rooms were very nice!

Nice & spacious room. Comfortable bed. Shower was great. Enjoyed the breakfast but on the weekend it’s way too busy and food needed to be replenished. Did not like that there was no option for daily housekeeping. Our trash was overflowing & had to pile up towels in the bathroom. Location was convenient.

Location was great Parking I was told parking was $25 per day before booking and when we arrived it was $30. Breakfast was not great like other Springhills.

Convenient location, comfortable room for our family with 3 children. Extra bed (sofa) with bedding. 1,5 baths. It would be nice if there was a kids’ step stool for the sink.

Very clean! Like a brand new hotel. Very nice. Breakfast was not even close to great.

The staff at this location are so friendly and welcoming. The location is near stores and eateries. Very close to the freeway and excellent public transit.This location has a great gym and pool. Our room was spacious and we appreciated that the toilet room is separate from the shower room. Breakfast was good and offered a good variety of food. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. No complaints.
