Horrible stay, definitely will not return. First room we were assigned had bugs. They moved us to another room. The sheets on the bed were dirty. House keeping never came to clean the room even though we asked.

The whole experience was terrible the AC was bad, rooms dirty, front desk staff useless. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Other than that location was perfect.

Called several days in advance and confirmed early check in. When I arrived, receptionist was not helpful. The only rooms available were on the third floor of a section that the elevator wasn’t working- not an option with a newborn and all of his things. She wasn’t willing to even try to work with us or offer any other options. I had to leave and book at another hotel.

Furniture condition — Furnishings were outdated, poorly maintained, and visibly damaged. Restroom cleanliness — Roaches were present in the restroom, which is unacceptable for guest safety and hygiene. Parking area concerns — The parking entrance was located in the back of the property in an area that felt unsafe. Recommendation — Based on these conditions, this is not a place you would recommend to family or friends.

It was absolutely disgusting, the floors were so sticky my shoe came off, it stunk, the elevator didn't work and we got stuck, the security guard had to circle the property because it felt sketchy. The lights in the lobby are falling apart. It was by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We left 2 nights early and frantically searched for something that wasn't so gross

Pool was closed. Front desk clerk when we checked in doenst seem to have customer service. Pain to just check in. Don't let the lobby fool you. Place more like a motel. Cleaning ladies were great and rooms were ehh. Microwave didn't work. Wouldn't pay more than 100 a night.

Only complaint is the room smells like cigarettes but other then that great place to stay !

Their website should say that there's a FEE for parking and not just "self-parking available".

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is decent except the chairs are not good for fully tanning, but otherwise comfortable. The Panera Bread is conveniently located as a place to eat and ther are. A lot of stores in walking distance. The sports arena road and area can be kinda dicey, but they do a good job of keeping the property family friendly. The elevators and A/Cs need updating.
