Nice, room, great location, great parking. Walking distance to many great restaurants and activities.

The front desk clerk never informed us which elevator to take so we were wondering around in the upper garage before discovering we needed to take a different elevator. It would be nice for the front desk person to explain this or have a map. Free parking is great but the spaces are very small.

The location is superb. The main street has many good restaurants, coffee shops, and shops. It is close to the Presidio for beautiful walks and views of the Golden Gate Bridge as well as the marina area. The superior rooms seem to be quieter than the deluxe rooms, but both are well equipped, clean, and attractive.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable and we loved the location. It was really close to Pacific heights shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and the option for parking was nice. The only funny thing was that the receptionist couldn't help us get a remote for the tv and wouldn't find batteries to put in any spares. Nothing crazy, just a random thing to happen during the world cup.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in SF and this one was by far one of the better experiences I’ve had. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly. No hidden fees. Accessible, safe and free parking!! Safe neighborhood and close enough to all the tourist sites. It’s not a particularly fancy or trendy hotel, but you don’t go to SF to sit in your hotel room. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting SF with a car and on a budget. This will be my go-to hotel in SF now.

Nice place but a bit dated looking. Great location next to many food options

Check-in was very easy. There is an enclosed parking lot which feels very secure and safe. The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Our group of seven women had several rooms and we were all very happy with the location and spacious rooms of our suites. Allowed us to come back relax some before or after dinner play some games and generally just have a great time.

Nothing special It was very noisy. You could hear every sound from the street and every sound from the hallway. Our room was near the ice machine and that’s all we could hear all night with very loud talking in the hallways.

One thing to be aware of – the toilet is very low and there are no grab bars either near the toilet or in the shower. Not particularly well suited for an older adult. Maybe they have a handicapped unit.
