It is in downtown, convenient to get to anywhere you want

Great location. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were also clean with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. Blazing saddles bike rentals offers a $24 dollar, 24hr rental for guests. I highly recommend this hostel!

I mean it’s a hostel, so nothing fancy - but an incredibly cosy vibe. Really enjoyed my stay. Not in the best part of town, but I felt safe there with the locked door, staff at the front desk, and always people about.

Be safe, not the best area SW from the Hostel, even during the day.

Helpful staff, great location. Only wish there were curtains for privacy. The rooms and restrooms are small. The kitchen and other areas are nice

- Location of the property was good and it was reasonably safe in the streets even though the Tenderloin area in SF generally has safety concerns. It seemed this was a relatively safer part of the area. - The cleaning ladies are doing a great job as the bathrooms and rooms were consistently clean. - Living rooms and kitchen were spacious and nice to hang out in - There was an elevator which made the movement with bags easier A guy who stayed in my room had some attitude and hygiene issues. He smelled a bit but honestly nothing out of the norm for a 4-bed male dorm in a budget hostel. The main issue was with his attitude as in the morning he complained about me using the sink faucet in the room and about the smell of my Axe deodorant. Upside is when I complained at the front desk, they were quick and helpful to take action by moving me to a different room and leaving a note on his profile.

I will say that the front desk staff we're a little rigid with me in being approachable. It felt awkward with them. Maybe they are fkrm
