Super 8 by Wyndham San Francisco/Union Square Area

Saw some small bugs near the fridge. The TV is not positioned near the bed at all so its in a weird angle. In a shady area near tenderloin.

Wi-Fi was unusable Hat to run hot water 10min to get Hot water Breakfast was simple. No hot food, but decent location was perfect

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed Close to Union Square and public transportation I ask for accessible bedroom. It had no closet or dresser. When I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, she confirmed that accessible room did not have closets nor dressers(!). She gave me a non accessible room - which I saw also did not have a closet or dresser! I was then given a third room which at least had a closet. On my last morning there, I dropped something at the foot of my bed, when I reach done I noticed that there were two drawers at the foot of my bed that I could have used as a dresser. Not a hotel for folks who need an accessible room!

Bathroom update was nice Location isn’t bad, just it’s not the best. Also right next to the Hilton so it’s safe

Great hotel close to lots of fun stuff. Room was modern and well kept. I really loved the room and breakfast was also good. The only downside was the location with lots of noise on the street and heavy drug use in the neighborhood. But that's not the fault of the property.

Very helpful staff, clean and well maintained hotel, just the room very small, no microwave in the room, bkfst okay, not enough stuff in the room, other than that, all good, especially the staff

The property was okay but I think the staff is being criminal and letting other criminals use the property to commit terrible crimes. While I was sleeping the cameras were turned off and a group of people in masks came into my window(which was broken) and re infected my lip with the staphylococcal virus and biohacked me while I slept, I got very sick and my property vandalized and stolen, my iPad was broken and I had to take it to the apple in store in union square. Then a whole bag of clothes and skincare was taken, the staff was pushy the breakfast was scary, I felt like the cctv was off and the staff was rude and ignored my language.

Each problem they solve it to make your stay better Wi fi not good they need to work on that

The location was great, yes there were a lot of homeless people nearby but that is really a problem of the city. The hotel is great for the value, if you are not going to spend a lot of time on the room is great. You get a nice breakfast, for a city where everything is so expensive having a start for free is truly great. This is the second time I have stayed in the hotel. I would add a protein other than yogurt to the breakfast.

It really really bad area l never did the check in l lost all my money l cant espoused my family (not parking, really dirty. and danger all the block is full of the people homeless in the street)

Overall very clean and nice, highly recommend. I just wish my room had a microwave
