The restaurant, FINO was outstanding. The service was attentive and knowledgeable. The wine list was excellent. The food, especially the veal, was as good as Florence.
-
Excellent Italian restaurant. Nice, smiling faces. Great coffee machine.
-
Nice room, nice location. Ceiling fan was broken, otherwise I would have given 5 stars
-
Awesome place
-
Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff
-
Bed. Shower not working, breakfast very disorganised and very basic.

Second time at this property. While the complimentary breakfast is much improved (good variety of items, fruit, yogurt, pastries andexcellent fresh griund coffee served in the Fino restaurant attached to the hotel) front desk service is lacking. Often no one at the front desk, complaint about my non working ceiling fan not repaired. Also my double room faced an alley with homeless people and noise at night. Floor 2 room 204. Noise from trash pick up very loud, very early. Unfortunately no other rooms available as it was busy with World Cup visitors.

The hotel has a small room but that’s ok bcz the bed was comfortable. The whole room was clean and smells good even the towels. There are two bath robes, safety deposit box, flat iron, blow dryer plus complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and small sink with hand soap & hot/cold shower. Normal shower room, no bath tub. There is no air conditioning unit which is ok bcz normally cold wind during night time and early morning. Most of the times we were outside for tours. There is a ceiling fan attached to the ceiling light but the fan was not working. When we call and requested for a fan they send us a portable one. They are easy to talk with, nice and respectful. Plus point they have continental buffet breakfast and unlimited tea and coffee in the hotel lobby. The coffee machine is loved and will rate as five star! They also give complimentary glass of wine. If u want to eat for dinner in their restaurant make sure to book ahead cz it’s always full. The location is a few blocks walking down to Macys but since already tired, just found a Korean restaurant across the street “ZZAN” their Jjampong Ramen was so yum! Overall the experienced was really good!

It’s in center It’s not like in photos and didn’t like the breakfast and receptionist

The room was clean and the layout was interesting. I love the location of the building.

Loved this hotel rich with history and well maintained. Staff helpful with check in, however, when asked about any directions to atttactions, restaurants or anything they just said “I don’t know”.
-
Location was fantastic! Breakfast was average at best! Room was incredibly warm. We were told that there was no heating on and that it was just the sun on the block walls radiating heat, but it was so warm we needed to leave the window open (was safe to do so)
-
Breakfast was nice The location is okay, but in the limit. Quite old building and installations.

My first room had a lot of street noise as well as a loud banging sound coming from the heater which made for a poor night sleep. I reported the problem in the morning and asked to move to a different room. While the hotel did accommodate the request, the staff member handling it seemed less than pleased to do it. The second room also had its own issues, including loud plumbing noises and a toilet that continuously ran. I was eventually able to fix the toilet myself by adjusting the mechanism inside the tank. Many of the issues were likely due to the age of the building. The TV in this room was not working. The front desk attendant attempted to help but was unable to resolve the issue, attributing it to the Wi-Fi and offering yet another room change. Since this would have been my third room during the same stay, I declined. I mentioned the problem to a different front desk employee the next morning, who said he would look into it, though I never received any follow-up. The staff was polite enough when approached, but I didn't find them particularly warm. The combination of room changes, maintenance problems, and noise issues made the stay less enjoyable than it should have been.

It was nostalgic that was it. It’s in a bad part of town. Since there is no air conditioning the windows have to be open. The first night I was woke up by gunshots, emergency vehicles and delivery trucks. The bathroom is extremely small. Compare it to a bathroom you would find in an RV. The parking was $58 per night.

Good
-
terrible place (overall) but decent staff and free breakfast was okay
-
The restaurant down stairs was amazing, The noise from the street at all hours
-
The building is an older one. So everything was on the small side. This is especially true for the bathroom. I am 5ft and I had a tough time moving about in the shower. That bring said, the hotel was very clean. Breakfast is continental....cereal, pastries and yogurt. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the cable car and bus routes, so it was easy to get to the tourist sites we wanted to visit

Fantastic location, great continental breakfast, rooms are nice, staff is professional
