I loved this hotel. Great location, staff, and ambience.
-
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful suits.

Excellent luxury property in SF Rooms large by SF standards Excellent accommodating staff which went out of their way to be helpful Bar service very good Room furnishings neutral and pleasing Location near art museum and Market St excellent Rooms could use a little refresh Carpet was stained Area deserted at night but that reflects the state of SF more than the hotel specifically

Pros: I went for a medical convention in the Moscone Center so the location was unbeatable for these purposes. Visited the SFMoMA next door. The staff were very welcoming, extremely friendly, and attentive. The rooms are very spacious and full of natural light. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room temperature was easily adjusted. Food and cocktails were particularly impressive. The fitness center and pool are open 24/7--a big perk. Cons: A couple of blocks south of the hotel can feel seedy and unsafe, particularly at night. Had a few issues with the wi-fi signal and speed.

The fact that you third party company still took money from my card when the reservation was canceled

The St Regis is the most accommodating hotel we have experienced period. We were so impressed with the hospitality and the attention to detail. The staff is committed to giving you a great experience and it's showed from the time we walked through the door. I want to give a special shout out to Daniel Rey and Robert for their help with providing us guidance on what the city had to offer. Our wine country tour with Joe Cohen was simply amazing. He was such a great person. We will definitely stay at the St Regis when we return to San Francisco.

The shower was the best part. Also if you need a bath to unwind they got you covered. Spa, gym, hotter all available
-
Started strong but it’s a joke in service compared to comps
-
Very good location and spacious rooms. Bar and restaurant was opened near the lobby made it very loud to speak to the staff and concierge.
-
The hotel staff was so welcoming and took extra care of our two children by bringing surprise cookies and milk to the room, kid size spa robes and slippers and gifts upon checkout. The food at Astra was delicious and the indoor pool was so much fun.

Amazing location!

Nice room

I was charged twice for early check in. It took four phone calls, three voicemails and sending receipts for them to refund me. There was no offer to make things right or apology. Don’t trust this tired hotel, I would recommend staying literally anywhere else in the city.
-
V nice staff v clean rooms will tell all my friends to visit it
-
The service was spectacular, enjoyed the restaurant as well as room service, and the room was very clean and spacious
-
Impeccable service; nice room, overall great experience
-
The only thing I would like for SF ST. REGIS to do better is to do some renovation - everything else is above criticism - by far best hotel in the city
-
The staff were courteous and accommodating to a fault. I found the public areas to be somewhat limited for such a property in this location. A bar or lounge specifically for guests would have been welcome . however, my overall experience was positive and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff. Every encounter was excellent. I got upgraded to a gorgeous corner suite with a butler. Made my stay! Amazing views Nothing. a sauna and steam room would round out the facilities.
