It was a clean room staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for it to be free and they serve free snacks and beverages throughout the day.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly for almost two months now, around 15 days every month, because the location was convenient. But this time the service was honestly unacceptable. First of all, the room hygiene was terrible. The bedsheets were never changed during my stay, and the trash was not cleaned either. I even left dirty gloves covered with chili oil in the room, and nobody removed them for days. I understand that if bedsheets are stained, the hotel can charge a cleaning fee or deduct money from the deposit. That is completely fine. But charging a deposit while refusing to provide basic cleaning service makes no sense. A hotel should at least maintain basic cleanliness for guests. Another issue was the front desk service. I stayed on the 2nd floor and asked if I could change to a room on the 6th floor. An older male staff member told me there were no rooms available that day, but I could switch the next day. I agreed. However, the next day a female staff member suddenly told me I had to pay extra money, and her attitude was extremely rude. She also added breakfast charges even though I never asked for breakfast at all. The overall service attitude was terrible and made me feel very disrespected as a guest. As someone who has stayed at this hotel many times, I am honestly very disappointed.

Very limited menu. The Sheraton club had less on the menu than downstairs. Only OJ, none other, only scrambled eggs, only protein changed. The shower dripped constantly, even after I informed the front desk. Room Very dark, but it had motion sensor light switches that you could not turn off. The lights came on about every 15 minutes when in bed. The sofa had so many stains on it that my wife and I could not use it. Did I mention this was a suite

Parking is safe and easy. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Ive been staying at the Sheraton for my travels for years! Its always pleasant! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!

Carpet and bath room Floor are not very clean and shower faucet is defective, coffee maker doesn’t work properly

There are too many dog hairs on the carpet in this room, which bothers and inconveniences me. Everything else is fine.

Breakfast is fresh and the room is comfortable.
