Element by Marriott San Jose Airport

Location for San Jose quakes games, Santa Clara University, SJ airport and Levi stadium are ideal. We stop here every time we are in Santa Clara visiting our son. There are three Element hotels in the area all are a superior choices to other mid price hotels

Very helpful staff and extremely clean.A convenient location close to the airport

The only concern I had and I told the staff was in my room the shower pressure was too strong and the shower floor didn't have hardly anti slip on it. I almost slipped. Maybe it was only in my room.

Extremely clean hotel, well maintained with a decent breakfast. Nice bar food and drinks and lovely pool area . Very helpful staff . Walkable to various eating places

Superb

So if you use the bathroom during the night you’re going to jar yourself and wake up your spouse and there’s no way to disable it unless you remember to bring some kind of large Band-Aid to cover up the motion detector

Amazing stay

We stayed in a Double Queen room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The nearly full kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator and freezer, was a huge bonus and made traveling much more convenient. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Even the little things stood out, like how well everything worked and how thoughtfully the room was designed. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening treats, which were a lovely added touch. As a pet-friendly hotel, it checked every box for us. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or pets.

The rooms are spacious we stayed in a corner room got a 360 view of San Jose from 3rd floor.

Negatives lack of luggage carts both check in and check out. Having a bad back was very very disappointing on the lack of them Poor lightening and lack of extra mirrors for the girls who like to do mack up besides the main bathroom mirror. Cooling AC super negative AC stuck at 67 wouldn't be so bad if they had fans you could request OR if the windows could open which they don't. Overall we did enjoy the stay with breakfast when we got it. Make sure to ask for extra towels and toilet paper for family stays.

We always stay at Element Hotels because of the quality of service and cleanliness we always get.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and since we’re on the younger side (21), we were treated a bit more loosely. We weren’t greeted when we first walked in and had to approach the desk to be acknowledged. Throughout our stay, we would come back later in the evening and made a point to say hello to the front desk worker. It was never reciprocated. This wasn’t technically a hotel staff problem but kids were running back and forth on the upper level hallways throughout all hours of the day and night. Being on the bottom floor made it very loud with big booming sounds constantly.

I enjoyed the breakfast set up and the room was quite spacious. Overall, it was a nice stay and you feel a bit luxurious throughout the hotel. Right next door to Pay Pal Stadium but a long way from any restaurants.
