The room was clean. Everyone was very helpful. If I was to stay there again I would make sure I am not given Room #1. It is right next to the office. Apparently the manager/owner lives at the property (or at least someone is in the room that is adjacent to Rm 1). They stayed up very late. I could hear their TV playing until 1AM. Not very restful. You could also hear a person clearing his throat and spitting. I found the staff at the front desk were Indian, and sorry to say I couldn't undersand them very well. They appeared to be the owners but not sure. The cleaning staff was very helpful and I understood them (not Indian). I can't speak for the other rooms. It was located exactly where I needed to be but there are also other motels/hotels just across the street or down a block. Silly to mention but I couldn't figure out how to work their TV. It was on Dish and I have no experience with that. I couldn't turn it off or make the volume work. But I let it play on and eventually it went quiet after a time. Slept with it on, but no sound. I also had a hard time with making the keycard work. Nothing fancy but it worked for my needs.

No water two days couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. Yelling and screaming both nights late into the night. Not impressed

This place was cheap and the staffs accommodated us including check out time. They extended to 12pm without charge. The towel quality might be not great since it kept shedding white lint, but the owners were really nice and cleaning ladies were kind and accommodating. Overall I had a good experience at this motel.

During my stay, I found small bugs crawling on my sheets. One was crawling slowly on the bedding, and another appeared to jump after I brushed it off my body, which made me think it may have been a flea. When I squished them, there was visible blood. I took photos because I was genuinely grossed out and concerned. The bedding itself did not feel clean at all, and after finding bugs directly on the sheets, I could not fully relax or sleep comfortably. Clean bedding and pest control are basic expectations when someone is paying for a safe place to rest. The only positive thing I can say is that the AC worked very well and got really cold. Other than that, this was not a good experience. I would strongly recommend that management inspect and treat this room immediately, including the mattress, bedding, floors, and surrounding areas. I’m leaving this review so other guests are aware and can check the room carefully before settling in.

While the location was great, this was the loudest motel I've ever experienced. It didn't help that an addict pretending to be housekeeping started pounding on my door before 6am. Also, I've never been in a motel that didn't supply at least a little shampoo.

Ok place to stop for one night if you’re passing through. Wouldn’t recommend a long stay. The front desk lady didn’t speak English. The WiFi password didn’t work. No hair dryer in room. AC kept on turning off. It’s a bare minimum place.

Room was not clean, dead bugs, and the non-smoking room had strong cigarette smell. Air conditioner did not work.

Staff was rude to me even though I am a frequent guest. One of the sons called me a “bum” and continued being rude. I forgot my keys there and when I called to ask about them they hung up on me 4 time before saying they have nothing.

Nice little room for the price. The location was very walkable to many restaurants, bars and cafes. Some things that I missed having were end table lights by the bed and some sort of coffee maker. A couple hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom would be nice too. Otherwise, it was clean and pleasant.

Ridiculous. Everything else was fine.

The room was cleaned daily.

Good price, acceptable conditions.

Only reason why I gave them a 4 star is because we did have to ask for soap in our room and there were a few homeless people lurking in that area. Other than that it was great! We had no complaints or issues
