Great place to stay at a reasonable price! Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Clean and spacious. Fridge, microwave, and keurig machine in room. Excellent water pressure in shower. Breakfast was served. We didn't have that as we were going to our favorite places but we saw many enjoying it and it looked good.

Everything. Only a couple of minor annoyances. Not "didn't like", but was mildly bothered by: extremely small closet (more like "broom closet"); no cups in exercise room for shilled water; broken control for jacuzzi jets.

The only negative is the walls are a little thin. Its only a problem if you have a noisy neighbor or you're right by the elevator. They have a cute robot that can deliver items to your room. My granddaughter absolutely loves it. I'm not allowed to stay anywhere else. This hotel has easy access to the freeway and has many shops and places to eat close by.

The front desk staff greeted me with enthusiasm and efficiency, making check-in seamless while also taking the time to offer personalized recommendations. Throughout my stay, every team member I encountered went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable, often anticipating needs before I even had to ask. One of the most fun and memorable touches was the hotel’s delivery robot. Having items brought right to my room by a friendly little robot was such a unique experience—it was efficient, surprisingly quick, and honestly just put a smile on my face every time. It added a modern, playful twist to the stay that made the whole experience even more special. Our toddler thought it was the coolest thing.
