Staff Gabriella doesn’t know her job, she told me parking was free when in fact NO when I came to check out. My first room the microwave door did not open, can’t lock door from inside so I felt unsafe, the bathroom sink was blocked, I called front desk 2 times at night, and they told me to change rooms at 11:30 night when I was so sleepy after long travel from CA. Next morning I called to reserve a room to move, however when I went to front desk, Gabriella told me she had 3 rooms and she called my room phone which was not working, which she told me after I told her that I didn’t receive any calls. I asked to see manager so there was another person named Ann Marie who said she could help and she told me then that due to inconvenience she will allow one night free stay. They did not allow me to see or speak to manager. Om my checking out I asked for receipt which they told me it will be sent to my email from Expedia which I have not received yet. I asked them if my one night free stay and then they told me it was only for one night free parking. My worst experience of lifetime staying at hotel, Hyatt was my first time stay. I’m a frequent traveler and this experience was really bad, never recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleaners don’t understand English, you ask them something and they give you something else.

Great service from the start as our request for nearby rooms was accommodated. We stayed about a week and left a bag behind after check out in the rush to the airport. Called from the airport and got an assurance from Gabrielle and Carter that they would organize for it to be shipped. Really felt like a vacation with family. Will definitely be back!

the hotel reception staff is horrible and misled us to not use our expedia reservation and directly rebook with them with over charged walk in booking price. I’m reporting this scam to my credit card provider to dispute this over charged scam.

Always a pleasure staying here . Such a beautiful and well kept property. It feels so warm and home . Love the common spaces to just go down and relax . It’s like a big beautiful house . The staff is wonderful . I am committed to always staying at this property anytime in the Atlanta area for work or pleasure

Very nice stay. Bathroom clean. Some debris on the carpet in the room and in the hallways. That's my only complaint. I'd stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay overall. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of great options. The bar food was also excellent and a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit special. The elevators were a little tricky to figure out at first, but not a big issue. Highly recommended!

We didn't care for the dogs in the hotel and the smoking of Marijuana right outside the door to the parking lot. Something should of been said about this smell was coming thru the door and elevator

Love Hyatt House breakfasts with made to order omelettes. Pleasant airy breakfast area. Only issue was very tight parking spaces that were difficult to maneuver. But enough spaces available in overflow garage. Ran over the divider several times when exiting hotel so be careful. Convenient red line station to downtown just a block away. Nice stay.

This location exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was outstanding. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon for another relaxing getaway.
