Front desk was not prompt on request when I requested for a forks, it never came. She told me that she will relay the message to housekeeper. Unfortunately it never came until we check out still no forks. Bad experience.

Very nice hotel, but the pool was being worked on so we weren’t able to swim. I think the coffe in the guest rooms should be Starbucks , considering it’s in the hotel. It would be a nice touch .

My only complaint was the food options at the Starbucks. The food served is not the regular Starbucks menu. Other than that the hotel was great!
