Very convenient area. Hotel front desk clerks very polite. Hotel very clean, needs some upgrades. I would go back.

This hotel does not have a continental breakfast included. Property definitely needs some updating.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

Was a little upset to enter the room and find the AC didn't work in the bedroom, so we had to change rooms. Then the new room didn't have patio furniture. Staff were very helpful in accommodating what we needed.

The location is great! We did not receive the room we asked for. Lady said all the rooms have balcony but it did not. We also didn’t get full pool view it was partial. The fridge didn’t work the whole time. The staff did not communicate it to the next shift staff

Tv in room Shower head is gross. Mold on the headboards. Disgusting tub. Hallways are HOT. Elevator doesn’t show the floor when on it.

Halls were musty (smelly) and warm. Gym AC was broken (81°, but set to 64°). Fridge in my room was broken with a pool of water sitting inside of it. No towels in the gym, even after calling the front office. Gym was not cleaned. Lobby cafe was overpriced and so was parking. Find another place to stay.

The direction of the bed couldn't get on the internet wifi and a 2 to 3 in cockroach in the room so cleanliness poor.

Charged me twice instead of looking for a reservation I had already prepaid for, we were staying due to our new born in the Nicu, we were told at the beginning we would be able to add two more days to our stay long as we told them a day ahead, they did not stand by that. Not only does the property need a ton of updates and work, but they are not there to help anyone staying at their facilities that are already under pressure.

We came for a weekend graduation and the location was good. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no free coffee except for the packet in your room with fake creamer. If you wanted coffee after 9:30 at all there was none to purchase. There was a $10 per night fee for parking. The pool wasn't very nice and there's no hot tub. I would stay there again if needed, but would most likely choose a different property.

Place is dated and the carpets are filthy. Market place is over priced! Very disappointed 😡

The room was on the 1st floor and had a sliding glass door that opens to a ground level patio with no gate or protection from people walking by. It felt very unsafe. The check in process took very long. The agent said my reservation was for 5/4/26 and that I had already checked in...which was wrong. I showed her the online reservation and finally got a room which was hot and stuffy. I can't say that will stay here again.

Have better staff that’s not rude. I was traveling with two service animals and the employee was extremely rude to me and asked me 100 questions about my disability and medical condition and they charge $10 for parking and for breakfast was not free. Ridiculous. I will never stay at this location again.
