Loved everything this is my 3rd time coming to this hotel will come back ever time

Rooms were very nice with plenty of space

This place is a dumb!! What a poor representation of the Hilton brand. It's dirty, from the exterior to the interior. I'm sorry I booked this place. My room was change 4 times due to dirty sheets, HVAC noise, and toilet issues. Save your money and time.

Quiet location. Friendly staff.

The room was very clean . Breakfast was awesome with ordering your choice of omelets.

I enjoyed my stay here. The evening reception wasn't as nice as I've experienced at other Embassy's. The breakfast was good, although I think the end time should be later. The rooms were the perfect size for our stay.

Nothing The beds were hard. Called down to report our refrigerator leaking water and they said they would send maintenance. No one came. After an hour I contacted them and told them it is now 10 and we were going to bed. The lady I talked with said she didn't have our room number. I told her that I had given our room number twice. She admitted she hadn't take note of it. She said she was sending someone's up down. I told her we were in bed. She responded by saying there coming now. She totally ignored what I said. The maintenance guy came and took our refrigerator away. He told us he had no replacement. We then told him about a light bulb that had burned out. He told us he no extra bulbs. This hotel used to be very nice and I always enjoyed staying there. Never again. This is an insult to the Hilton brand.

Employees were dynamite. Good customer service, the maintenance staff was very helpful It was outdated. I thought I would have had a better experience with Embassy Suites. This hotel was nothing like any other Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at.

There were lots of hairs among the sheets when we pulled out the sofabed. Had to call the front desk for fresh sheets. On the positive side, the staff we dealt with were kind and we were pleased with our interactions with them. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and pressure. If the property manager or owner would invest in refreshing this location and perhaps doing a better job at staying consistent with other Embassy Suites location on the breakfast quality, this property could be much better. Until then, this property really should not be branded as an Embassy Suites. The customer certainly expects more from this chain.

Nice hotel. Toilet was a bit loud after flushing. Wasn't told that I would be charged a $10 self parking fee beforehand, but all in all, nice stay.

We checked into the embassy suites at Savannah airport on April 18th for one night. The room cost us almost 300.00 for one night. As we entered the room we noticed a mildew smell, my husband being an AC tech for 30 years he said it was because the AC was not on and it was moisture from the heat. So we turned on the AC because I started feeling sick, I entered the bathroom only to learn the light in the bathroom did not work, we quickly reported it and was told someone would be right up to replace the bulbs. As I kicked off my shoes so that I could shower to attend our event I noticed the carpet was wet. My husband said it’s from the moisture in the room. We left the room around 5:30 pm we checked in a little early around 2:00 no one had yet to fix the bathroom light. Before leaving I asked my husband to go down the hall to get ice as I said I was feeling a little sick from the smell, well the ice machine was broken he had to go to another floor to get ice. As we attempted to leave we noticed it took a long time for the elevator, well the elevator was down only two were working and the hotel was full to its capacity, Let me add with all of this the entire hotel especially our floor and the elevators smelled like pure weed. Let me add the lights in our bathroom were never fixed the entire stay!! I would not book this hotel under any circumstances again! Terrible!!!!
