The breakfast was very good, and there was plenty of hot water instantly. The only negative was the additional parking fee and we had to park in a parking garage a block away.

Checking in, we were hit with a $35 per day parking charge. We’ve traveled cross country and back on this trip. Nowhere have we been charged to park in a hotel’s lot. As Hilton Honors members, we’ve been given waters at check in and on check out if we request it. Not here. The shower did not have shower gel, which EVERY OTHERHampton Inn we’ve stayed in has provided. The WORST thing was that on a miserably hot and humid day, the thermostat could not be set lower than 68 degrees, which could not keep up with the heat. Again, we’ve been on the road for six weeks. NO OTHER HOTEL HAD SUCH A HIGH LIMIT. The conclusion is that who ever is owning or managing this property is CHEAP AND CARES MORE ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE THAN THE GUEST EXPERIENCE! We cannot recommend nor would we stay here again.”.

We had such a great stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean, friendly staff and in the perfect location. Definitely worth staying!

The not so good: because we were dropped off just south of the Hampton we were walking with all our luggage. Not easy for our age group. So we missed the big sign near the top of the building whose view was blocked by the trees. And there was no sign at ground level indicating the entrance which is off from the parking lot. The driveway looked like 'just another parking lot'. We knew we were there since we had the correct address (603 Oglethorpe) but all the doors along Oglethorpe were locked due to the late hour. So we had to walk all the way around the building to find an open door. A tough hike due to our full day of travel. Please, install a modest sign at ground level on the south side of. your nice building. Thanks, Bob & Gail

Property is defiantly an acre kdet property. Hallways were very hot. Carpet in room was clearly worn. Caulking around shower was sloppy

The amenities that were offered were pretty good overall. The breakfast at least looked great, the pool looked clean, and there was a laundry room on site. Notice that I said that the breakfast "looked" great and the pool "looked" clean; unfortunately this hotel booked large groups of families with children during my stay. Which was unfortunate due to them taking up the majority of the space during breakfast and pool time(s). Although this doesn't really speak to the overall quality of this hotel, please be aware that this location does seem to be a family hotspot, and couples may feel uncomfortable during their stay here. Also, the bed I slept on was uncomfortable for the most part. I would often wake up in the middle of the night needing to shift constantly because my sides would go numb due to the quality of the mattress. The one working elevator took longer than normal to move between floors, and it also had a disgusting smell, almost akin to that of blood and mildew. I thought they were transferring dead bodies daily in that elevator.

The room was extra large

Close to the tour buses. There 3 nights and there was no cleaning service during that time. Had to request trash be removed and fresh towels. Bed not comfortable and pillows very flat. Parking was very limited, unloading and loading luggage was stressful.

The location of the property is perfect. I think its very inconvenient to have to charge guests who are staying there a parking fee on top of the room rental fee. The breakfast options were better than most other hotels. The beds were horrible. We had a king bed and it was not soft at all. The air conditioning was cold and the room was spacious.
