Love this quirky historic hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great experience and would stay there again!

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Charming hotel. Conveniently located to historic area.
-
Great location! Walking distance to everything but still quiet and cozy inside. Very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here next time we're in Savannah!

A great stay at this historic inn! Location is central to everything downtown- boutiques and waterfront are all walkable. Also, friendly and attentive staff at front desk 24hrs a day. We stayed in Room 606 which supposedly has some paranormal activity, none noted by us except for some really cold areas. The only thing I wish the room had was a mini fridge to put leftovers and snacks. There’s no water fountain but they have an ice cold jug in the lobby, so I would just fill up whenever I was down there. Overall, pleasant stay and a good price. They have from 4-6pm free wine and cheese in the lobby with music! Also try to get a reservation at The Olde Pink House next door!!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had delicious cookies they put out nightly. The location was perfect for going out on the town; centrally located.

Great staff, beautiful property, great location.
-
Wonderful staff, great location, and well kept property. Great place to stay!

The hotel and staff were very good and accommodating. Unfortunately the first night was very disruptive due to outside noise. The hotel is located downtown and the vehicle noise racing around the square with loud engine noise occurred until 4 am. While it’s not the hotels fault I won’t stay downtown Savannah again.

I enjoyed the coffee in the lobby every morning, the ice water available all day, and the wine and cheese late afternoons.

The staff was very nice and helpful with someone always available. They even have a doorman

Best location in town! We had a wonderful time and thought the hotel was amazing. Beds were okay. Happy hour with John Earl was lovely.

Location was great, staff was polite and helpful.

Very nice staff and historic property!

For Awareness: Maid service isn’t standard during the stay, but towels and other services available on request. No in-room refrigerator.

Excellent place! Intimate and cozy.

Great proximity to Broughton Street with lots to see and do within walking distance. Hotel is charming and historic. However, beware that the hotel is directly next to a parking garage. I am not sure if we had the misfortune of a night when car enthusiasts with loud exhausts were in town, but starting their vehicles then excessively revving their motors interrupted our sleep from 10pm until it finally stopped around 3:00 am. We woke up exhausted and disappointed.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love that the area is walkable. The only complaint I have is that I requested a roll away bed, and no one informed me there would be a charge. I didn’t find that out until I was checking out. Yes, I know, I should have asked, but I would think if something is an extra charge they would be upfront about it.

Nice location near a large park. Older room and hotel. Close to the river and restaurants. Wine and cheese served at happy hour in the lobby. Parking is $35 and right next to the hotel.
-
parking available in city garage next door and valet. rooms felt old and dusty. old carpets. paint was cracking and flaking. air conditioner was good. staff was very good.
