Staff were top notch. Great location. Was able to park at the hotel. Clean and well kept. I have used this hotel a few times. Keep up the good work.

Front desk staff were amazing, the bartender at the pay bar was awesome, the hotel was clean as was out room. The location is perfect to walk through town and along the riverfront. Highly recommend.

I always stay here while in Savannah. Good location, always clean, staff aways helpful, and the parking is right behind the hotel. WIN!

The location simply cannot be beat. Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the beautiful squares Savannah is known for. The value for the price was outstanding and well worth every penny. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was Mrs. Anita. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and must-see attractions, helping us experience Savannah like locals. Her hospitality and attention to guests made us feel right at home. Mrs. Anita is truly a gem and an incredible asset to the hotel. Between the comfortable accommodations, perfect location, and her outstanding service, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.

There are a few things future guests should be aware of. Parking can be challenging. Be sure to have your parking ticket validated each day before noon. In our case, when we attempted to validate early afternoon, we had to exit the garage, pay the parking fee, and then re-enter, which was inconvenient. Also, if you book a room with double beds, be aware that they are full-size beds rather than queens. The room was ok, but the bed size may feel small for some guests. The hot water can also be inconsistent during peak usage times, so taking showers during off-hours may provide a better experience. That said, the excellent location more than made up for these issues. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made our stay very enjoyable. Oh and allowing pets was great.

Nice stay

Excellent location and great price. The hotel is across Bay St from the riverfront which has many shops and restaurants. It’s also close to Savannahs’s many squares, Leopold’s ice cream, Cuty Market etc…The staff was very helpful. The free breakfast has a nice variety of items. And free beer and wine happy hour!

Out of the 3 nights we stayed. Only had hot water for the first night. It was cold the remaining days

Loved this stay from the moment we entered. Staff at check-in were fun and welcoming. The lobby was relaxing and inviting. Our room was nice and clean. We slept great. Parking was a bit odd, but as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk for a clean and nice hotel, it will be fine.

Check in with Teresa was awesome, she’s a great asset to the hotel, personable, friendly and excited to assist you! The breakfast was awesome… nice to have healthy options (fresh fruits, cottage cheese etc). Great location & walkable to everything especially through the squares, quarter, parks, restaurants and the river front. Highly recommend this hotel.

Window shades could block a bit more sunlight and too many bright things inside room. Room was great other than that. Eggs were cold at breakfast.

Very nice and friendly staff! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast and staff were amazing. The stay was enjoyable and in very close walking distance to restaurants, pubs, city bus tours, boat cruise, shopping and sightseeing. Loved it and Savannah Georgia owes us this couple on a Baecation nothing!

The room was clean, the staffs were nice, the breakfast were very good, on Monday & Wednesday are happy hour between 5:40 to 7. It was very good. However, the parking was a little expensive $32 per night & we stayed for 4 nights. Overall we will come back & stay because the location was awesome & we walked everywhere & no uber needed.

Unfortunately, rooms are showing wear and tear. Bathtub peeling terribly, paint coming off walls. Could us an upgrade.
