Nice, clean room for our quick visit to Schaumburg. Very close to great mall and many food choices. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was out of food and juice machine was not working. We also had tornado sirens go off during our stay and the hotel had no plan/idea of where guests need to go to find a place to shelter safely.

There appears to be no standard fee. The staff at the front desk arbitrarily set the price.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and pet friendly. Great value for the area. Was annoyed there was an RV parked out back. Stabilizers down and generator running. Not sure why they allowed this or nobody walks the property.

We just needed a one-night stay for a two-day event we were attending and it worked for what we needed. It's an "airport hotel" so it's not like its being marketed as a 4 star location. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the price was good. Breakfast was great and most appreciated!

When I arrive there, there was urine stains all over the toilet.

Not much to complain about for me! A complimentary toothbrush ? would b great for people that forget to pack their toothbrushes. Walls are kinda thin u can hear things while walking past people door IE: Snoring ?

The free breakfast was pretty good considering it was a free breakfast. The second floor had a funky smell in the hallway

We stay here every time we go to Chicago. The staff are kind and helpful, it's always clean, and all in a good location for the price.
