This is a very nice property. Our room was huge with a lot of amenities, such as a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, etc. The gym was awesome. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. To top it off, the free hot breakfast in the morning was amazing with a lot of choices!

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms and hotel itself were clean.

Great breakfast,

The property is close to old Scottsdale which makes it convenient

My luggage came two days after I arrived and the staff kept me informed and called me when it had finally arrived. Justin was awesome!

This was a very nice hotel and the staff I encountered were very kind and helpful. It actually seemed very clean. I was initially very impressed. So it was surprising when the floors were visibly dirty. Otherwise it was a pretty nice hotel. Decent breakfast also. I’d definitely stay here again, maybe it was just an off day with housekeeping. The floors could have been so much cleaner. And if I’m being picky the door track to the balcony was hard to open because it needed a good cleaning.

Clean property, Friendly staff how small the breakfast room was. We were unable to even get into the room because it was so packed.

I don’t often write hotel reviews but though we only stayed one night, the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Old Scottsdale is worth it. We had an excellent experience. The room was incredibly spacious with two queen beds, a pull out couch and almost a full kitchen - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen supplies. The hotel was very clean. And the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, waffles, potato pancakes and more. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel itself was nice and in a great location, which I appreciated. However, I’m giving it a 3-star review due to an issue with my reservation. I specifically booked a 1 King Bed suite, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two queen beds instead. I brought this to the staff’s attention and asked if my room could be switched, but I was told no. Considering I stayed for three nights, I believe some type of accommodation or adjustment could have been made. Having worked in the hotel industry before, I know situations like this can often be resolved with a bit more flexibility.

Breakfast was pretty bad as far as our experience. Half of the cooked food was inedible.

We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. There was a dirty shirt and socks left in the room. Also the carpets in our room (165) really need to be cleaned. As for the positives, the breakfast was fantastic. My daughter really enjoyed the chicken and waffles. The eggs and coffee were also really good. Lastly, housekeeping is supposed to come to your room every other day during your stay. During our 3 night stay we didn’t have any visits from housekeeping and we certainly could have used one. All in all for the price, this isnt a bad hotel for an extended stay, but dont have too high of expectations or you will be disappointed.

Paper thin walls. You could hear the people above you and next to you simply walking around, and using the bathroom. Couldn’t sleep all night. I will say that the staff was super nice and helpful. I booked a room for two nights, but left after one. The gym was nice.

Cleanliness of hotel including rooms was good. Room Balcony needed to be cleaned. Small balcony only contained small table and 1 chair. Staff were very accommodating and personable. Exercise room and laundry facilities were well equipped. Only concern was lack of security to enforce pool area rules and hotel was non smoking.

It was nice to have a breakfast option—a few more choices would have been nice but overall it was good
