We liked everything: the breakfast, the room, the staff, the location and the price.

I requested to clean my room but never happened until the next day scheduled, breakfast having hard time with plates and waiting for the food filling up, the 3 days got same issue, at first I thought it was because to many people but then it was not busy, but happened again so it is a service kitchen problem

This hotel is in a fantastic area -close to the west Lake light rail link. It is also close to the water. It is a very clean and lovely area with some coffee shops and restaurants right around the corner. The staff is amazing and the residence inn rooms are always awesome. The free breakfasts is excellent.

The room was nice and it was great to have a kitchen with utensils and pots ready to use. It was nice having breakfast available. Overall great experience.

Was given room furthest from elevator even though I requested to be close to elevators. I use a walker. You would think staff would consider me as handicap and give a room close to elevators
