The staff were all very nice, especially the young lady at the front desk when I checked in. My room appeared clean at first, but I found nasty stains and hair on the floor in one corner of the room, and there was an old container of ice cream in the freezer. I was only there for one night while on a two-day drive. It was sufficient for my needs, but I wouldn't stay more than one night.

Pool was nasty. Breakfast was cold even when we arrived at 6:30am. Front desk was never there . Terrible service .

Our turn. She never checked with me on payment type, just assumed the card I reserved with was the one I wanted charged. No. So big fiasco to remove from my card and then charge to my friend’s card. The lady working the desk did not understand our questions, and we couldn’t understand her. She did tell us she’s new. So during the difficulty we ask for another staff member who might be able to help, or the manager. No. She said she was the only person there. Brand new, by herself without full knowledge, poor English speaking/understanding skills. The experience was horrible. Lobby restrooms were nasty. Ice machine on our floor (3) wasn’t working.

Room was clean. Bed was good. Both pools were swimmable staff was nice. Location was great especially for a one night stop over. Would definitely stay again.

Mattress was dipped on one side and uncomfortable. Room was spacious, but bathroom was small. Wi-Fi was out the first day we were there, finally available the next day. Hot breakfast food was cold, luckily there was a microwave. There was no yogurt, so I asked the lady at the front desk and she said they were out and would have to order more. About 30 minutes later I walked by and there was yogurt in the fridge.

The breakfast was average all though the last day horrible, different person doing and she was putting new coffee with the old coffee. That's the one thing you can't mess with.

There is no "spa" or hot tub as claimed in the advertisement. Same breakfast every day... literally we got yesterdays old dry stale biscuits. Staff was not well informed and had to call someone to get answers to even simple questions like "where is the spa?" "Where is the laundry room?" Cleaning windows would help this place a lot. The breakfast area was well kept and clean. It's worn but fairly clean. I've seen worse for the price. The most important was it was close to hwy 40 so it was convenient for all we needed to do without having to go through the traffic in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Morning staff was not available. We caught a glimpse of one staff worker, but she didn't reappear. (This was 6 a.m.)
-
Nothing Sewage backup and overflow onto floor. Room smelled awful. We were unable to stay and left without any usage of the hotelwirst

Friendly staff. Always available if needed. Made quick adjustments when I had a problem with the room. Excellent location out of the chaos of pigeon Forge pet friendly.
-
Had a major ant problem in our room , and a lot of leakage in ceiling tiles . Could have been more kept up. Staff did accommodate the situation which was nice .
-
Easy access great indoor pool Breakfast could do with a bit of an upgrade The real downside is the orange juice it tasted nothing like orange juice but it was orange in color.
-
Pool was clean and had jets plus it was warm. It was nice.
-
Dirty room and breakfast area
-
Dog poop in elevator and stinky carpet

Roach crawling in the bathroom as soon as we walked in. The remote was sticky. There was a kids’ sneaker (not ours) under the bathroom vanity. I question the effort being put into actually cleaning the rooms. There were definitely efforts to make the place more updated, but the work looked a little shoddy. Price was decent though

The hole experience was very good. The staff was very personable. The breakfast was good. The rooms were very nice. Nothing I can think of to complain about.
