Perfect location by the city boat ramp. Spacious room with good mattresses on the beds. Coffeemaker, microwave and fridge in room. Manicured grounds. Cute little gift shop. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Bathroom exhaust fan sucks the door shut rather too firmly.

The room was great, the little convenience store was well stocked, and breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic!

Good staff. Clean rooms. I spent a lot of money staying here and I could hear my neighbors jumping around all night. It was horrible.
