Nice and convenient location.

The breakfast was good. You would improve the egg preparation. The location is great. You would improve the egg preparation and offer different kind of fruits

Nice property; clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Free and plentiful parking was nice. Not really an airport hotel but the drive was only about 15 minutes to O'Hare. Water was not available for most of the evening of our one-night stay. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced and free coffee in the lobby would be a nice and inexpensive benefit to provide hotel guests

The TV didn’t work and the sink didn’t drain. When I told them about this at checkout the did absolutely nothing. The front desk person couldn’t have cared less. And I am a Hilton Honors member.

I enjoyed the cleanness of the room and other facilities; free self parking is great plus; easy to drive around; staff is very helpful.

Wonderful hotel. Front desk ladies were very nice. Near a mall. Near a lot of great restaurants.

It was pleasant

Front desk staff at check in was a little overwhelmed, but nice. The room was kind of clean, had an old towel hanging from the top of the shower curtain and left a half drank coke in the fridge. Front desk staff when I went to the market wasn't as friendly, but the hotel was really busy so probably also really overwhelmed. Parking wasn't great because of how busy the hotel was, so trying to find a spot in the afternoon was really difficult. Bed was comfortable, great view of the city skyline, so overall a good hotel. I would still recommend it spite the couple difficulties.

Lots of parking, helpful staff, and everything was very tidy and clean.

We were very disappointed with many small things on our three nights stay. Internet, staff, friendliness, condition of room, and size of room. Very underwhelmed for over $350 a night. We will not return.

Disappointing
-
For the amount of $400 a night you expect at least the room to be clean. The room was dirty with mold and very bad conditions. The staff was very help they even refund partial of my stay but the hotel needs real maintenance.

The staff was excellent! Thank you.

Location The hotel was clean and comfortable. The issue we had was that there was a party in an event room on the 12th floor and we were on the 11th floor. The party was so loud we could not sleep the first night. Very disappointing. We will not return to this hotel.
