The only thing that I did not care for was that the bed was too low. It made it very hard for me to get up to use the bathroom and up in general with having some one help me.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but our stay here was very disappointing. At check-in, the staff never properly registered us into the system, which caused our room to show as vacant. Because of this, two unknown people walked into our room while we were inside getting dressed because they had apparently been assigned the same room number. That was completely unacceptable and honestly felt unsafe. We did report the issue and were given complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay, but unfortunately the breakfast was not good at all and I wouldn’t recommend it. There were several other issues throughout our stay as well: • The bathroom fan was broken. • The room had a coffee pot but no stirrers, sugar, creamer, napkins, or paper towels. • There was no safe in the room. • Housekeeping only partially cleaned the room. They made the bed but did not change the sheets or comforter even after coffee had been spilled on them. Trash was not taken out, the floor wasn’t swept, and the restroom wasn’t cleaned — they only replaced towels. • It was raining during our stay and I slipped near the entrance because the caution sign was left laying flat on the ground instead of standing upright to warn guests that the floor was slippery. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not what we expected from a hotel stay.

The staff was friendly and professional, the location was very nice and convenient, and the room, lobby, and elevators were clean. I don't have any complaints.

Great clean hotel

The rooms were great, but there were a few issues. They were clean, however, the body wash was empty when we arrived and there was a nail from the carpet tack strip that was protruding from the floor, not enough to cause injury but enough to be noticeable. The breakfast tasted amazing. They had a limited menu you could order from and a few Starbucks drinks.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable bed, room, pillows, blanket. Everything was clean and in very nice condition. Would stay there again.
