Hotel Nice

Large, clean, quiet, comfortable room and accommodating staff. We had a suite, which made for a very comfortable four-night stay. The breakfast was fine and the terrace was lovely. The train station is just a block away, and the next door restaurant was great. We were pleased with everything.

Nice staff….good breakfast We were not informed that they regulate the temperature. The room was very cold, and then we found out the front desk had to change the thermostat from AC to heat and raise the temperature.

Great location, large comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Will reco..end to family and friends.

Hotel conveniently located one block away from the train/bus station. The room was a lovely size, queen size bed with a large window that overlooked the garden filled with orange and lemon trees. As it sits on the end of the strip, you don't get all the noise from tourists walking the streets. The breakfast was wonderful and the fresh pastries, almond flour cake was so good I had 3 pieces!! Coffee bar to the right of exiting hotel, perfect! Nothing, everything was great!!

The staff, location and room were exceptional. Crazy to think that this place is a 1 star, honestly was way better than the 5 star we stayed at in Florence. Nothing to report

The hotel it self and the rooms are so so cute, very nicely designed and a great vibe. The room was spacious and functional for travelling. Having two outdoor spaces to use was nice. Seemed like a great value for what we paid. A/C worked well. Room was overall clean aside from shower. The shower and bath were not draining very well, and the shower leaked out into the room, and also didn’t feel super clean. When we notified the staff, they were apologetic and cleaned it up for us right away, but I’m not sure there were plans to actually remedy the facilities. There was a fair bit of mold on the ceiling of the shower and in the seals around the shower too which is not super safe or ideal. Also, the booking.com photos shown when choosing a room may not be accurate, we were expecting a window in our room based on the photos, but there were no windows only a skylight.

The a/c was controlled by front desk first night had to call couple of times until they took off the controls. No windows in the room except on the ceiling. There was a funky smell and the bathroom ceiling had mold.

near train station the aircon keeps tripping. had to ask staff to reset it. in middle of nite it turns off and then comes back on ard 5am. dont know why but everytime our neighbour pressed some button - our whole room electricity is turned off

Staff was great Room was amazing! We took the hot tub room, it was very big and comfortable. We were on the third floor, elevator runs only to the second one and wasn't always working..

The room is clean. The towels have a vinegar smell, I think they bleach it using vinegar. My room is right beside the big common space on the balcony. Every single morning, someone bangs the furniture against the wall (I assume they were cleaning?) and it woke me up. The wifi was unstable.

Luggage storage could’ve been more secure

Air conditioner was constantly turning itself off, slept without a/c all night. Front desk would not answer the phone. “Smart tv” wouldn’t connect to anything. No insulated balcony doors, you can hear all the street noise. No refrigerator! Front door was missing half of the frame (room 106).

Staff was inviting and professional Very clean facility Smart rt TV to connect to Elevator very small (understand why) only went to 2 floors and we had to carry all luggage to 3rd floor Nice community patio area on 2nd floor but no restrooms. These are small things that I just wanted to share with future travelers Still a very good stay
