The Hotel staff was Amazing! Very helpful with everything! The hot tub was not in working condition. I was really looking forward to using it after a long day of walking.

Regina should provide help with a cart to get people to and from end of road with luggage Some older people struggle walking with luggage

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Beautiful facilities. Room was lovely with a great view. Nothing

The included breakfast was delicious. The food, in general, was delicious. The view from the third-floor restaurant was spectacular. The staff were friendly and helpful. As we were there in March and it was expected, the pool and rooftop terrace were closed. While the restaurant on the third floor had great hours, I felt badly for the staff as there were only one or two present to work. They were lovely, but I think they were maybe a little overworked. I assume this might have to do with being the off-season.

I loved my stay at the Hotel Regina. I unfortunately only stayed one night, to continue my travels, but I would go back and stay there for my whole stay next time. The hotel was phenomenal. The location was perfect and the facilities on the property were excellent. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful. The rooftop views were breathtaking. The pool area was amazing to stay and relax by and the food was great as well. I highly recommend!

The view from where you eat breakfast is absolutely dreamy!!! The rooms are TINY- and the shower was so small I could barely fit- and I’m not a big person! But the complementary breakfast with that view might have made it all worth it.

we booked a sea view room and the view from the room was excellent. Overlooking the sea it was a pleasure to enjoy the lovely view from the room. Though the terrace was closed due to the season the view from the breakfast room was also lovely and having breakfast with such nice panorama was great. The staff were very kind and also the restaurant manger orlando, the chef and Chiara and the elderly person there were kind and helpful always. Generally everything was nice . The only issue was that the restaurant was closed for lunch/ dinner . May be they should consider giving some kind of basic food if an order could be placed early so that for some reason during cold/off season of anyone wants to relax in the room without going out for dinner they can get something to eat.

We had one of the rooms with the sea view and it was great to wake up every morning to a different view of mount Vesuvius and the sea. The breakfast room has also an amazing view. Breakfast is good with an homemade feel to it. All fresh and tasty. Staff are lovely and helpful. Nothing. Although I would recommend that if you are buying one of those trips to Amalfi experience, or other destination, be sure of understanding what is on offer before committing. Anyway this is not really on the hotel as these trips are provided by a third party but I thought it helpful to remind other guests.

No working WiFi. Tv was not able to work after calling twice to try to get it worked out.

Excellent location, beautiful views from the breakfast terrace and roof top bar. Breakfast could have had more hot choices. The floor of the Pool area could be better, quite a few uneven tiles.

Everything was ideal. Staff super friendly. Breakfast staff super efficient and attentive. The view on the balcony just stunning and perfect way to start every day. Housekeeping were able to steam my dress perfectly for me ahead of attending a wedding. The area by the pool is also lovely to sit and for lunch.

Location was excellent, loved every thing about the hotel. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and gave excellent references for dining options and sites to see. Proximity to the ferry for visiting neighboring towns was perfect. Our toilet broke our first night and wasn’t repaired until the following morning.

The rooms were spacious. I mention that because most rooms in Italy I have found are not exactly "spacious". The staff was great. They booked a cruise for me helped me situate my room properly and were always around for help or information. Service was excellent everywhere, bar downstairs, rooftop and the restaurant. I should mentions the breakfast, Wonderful!! It had plenty of variety, sat out on the balcony to watch the ocean and was fresh and tasty!!!!!! It was far enough away from the central part of town so there was very little noise but the walk was short and easy. I could have done without the insects by the pool, but with the beautiful fruit trees and garden around..........

Front desk Staff is very friendly and helpful. Setting and location could not have been better!

Back in 2019 we made a one day stop at Sorrento and fell in love with it. The laid back almost bohemian vibe of the town and above all Leonelli's beach which has just the right amount of luxuriousness that still manages to stay on the friendly and welcoming side. Even when it’s full it never feels overcrowded like the beach in Positano. In 2025 things have changed considerably and Sorrento has passed the critical mass of tourist exploitation, but Leonelli's beach still remains the same. Boutique Hotel Regina is perfectly located for visits there. A five minute walk and you will be at the elevator that brings you straight down to the beach. The breakfast is fine, keeping in mind that it is a small hotel, but the view of the breakfast dining room on the other hand is quite breathtaking and one can take breakfast out on the balcony if the weather permits. The rooftop bar has the same view of course. They offer valet parking onsite and all the usual amenities one would expect from a hotel in this price range, like elevator and functioning AC etc. The staff is a bit difficult to assess. The valet and the porter where excellent but the lady at the desk was a bit guarded and reserved, and addressed us in what we felt was a quite strict manner. It’s hard to know what she has to go through during her day, but that should never affect her manner towards new guests. The fact that they reserve 100€ for eventual damages is of course ominous and says something about the type of guests that they might sometimes have to deal with, though we never noticed any such problems. The only other downside is the rooftop bar, which is fine as long as you don’t drink anything. I got a mojito that was a bit like ice water with a mint leaf. Maybe the bartender was on vacation.

The staff was exceptional, and the bed was perfect, and the breakfast was perfect We had the most amazing room with a good view, both of the water and land
