Amazing team from the owner to the receptionist lady. Very adorable and accommodating! I even got an upgrade and a lot of recommendations on what to do/eat in the region. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the amenities you need. Nothing.

It was super clean, in the center of Sorrento and the staff was extremely friendly.

Perfectly located with a wonderful hostess who made us feel very welcome. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, providing a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Looking forward to our next stay.

There was no breakfast but location made finding restaurants easy . Nothing. Service , location, cleanliness and helpfulness of staff was excellent.

Everything was absolutely wonderful only critique would be the thin walls / door. The hall light would flash on and off all night even though it was motion detection. But I would 1000% stay here again. Everything else out weights anything inconvenient.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at the Lovely Maison Mare Hotel. The owner Deborah was such a warm and welcoming person. She helped us get from our previous destination with a private driver and got us one to our next one too. She also helped us with restaurant recommendations and a drop off/pick up laundry place. The property is right on Corso Italia and that’s where the shopping and restaurants are. Everything is within walking distance. The property has an elevator and the rooms are updated so clean and the cappuccino/beverage machine in the hallway has everything available for a quick drink or snack. Do not miss an opportunity to stay at this place because you won’t be disappointed. A true Gem of Sorrento Nothing

The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the exceptional service from Deb, the concierge. From the moment we arrived, Deb went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She arranged reservations at some of the best restaurants in Sorrento, each one a highlight of our trip. She also organized a private driver who made getting around stress-free, a gorgeous boat trip to Capri, and even a wine tour in Naples that we’ll never forget. Thanks to Deb’s thoughtful planning and personal touches, our experience felt seamless and extraordinary. If you’re staying at Mason Marie, do yourself a favor and ask for Deb—she will elevate your trip to the next level. To many people.

Excellent location. Right on the main street. When you get out of the property you are right in the middle of bars, restaurants, etc. Host Deborah was exceptional. Weeks before we got there she was in communication with us, giving us recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Everything excellent!

Loved this property! Right in the center of the action. Our room was so spacious and clean! Perfect spot for our group of 3 guests. Debra was so welcoming and such and excellent host. From check in through check out she was there to make sure we knew what to do. We had a very early flight out of naples and she made the check out process easy. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you again Debra. Nothing to dislike

Great location , right in the middle of Sorrento main shopping street ! And there is a very close parking , 5 min walk from the hotel. The room is very clean and the staff are so friendly They gave us lots of tips for our Amalfi coast tour !

The property was in a wonderful and completely central location in the heart of the historic district with easy access to everything. Deborah was our contact at the property, the proprietor, as it is a family run business, named after her mother. What a kind and helpful concierge she was. She arranged private shuttles for us, ensured we were met on time to check in and out, and made sure we had a perfect time. She is a lovely person and the customer service was beyond anything we have experienced in a long time. Even with the thousands of places in which to stay in the area. I would choose this place again due to the exceptional hospitality of our hostess, the true heart this family owned and operated business displays. And though it's in the heart of the busy historic district, which stays busy with pedestrians late into the night in the summer, we didn't hear a single thing, the building is so sound proof due to historic construction of stone, etc. We had a perfect time. The hotel was ample for our stay. The room is not too big or small but comfortable and very clean with a nice good sized mini fridge and hot water maker and coffee machine with vending options right down the hall. This stay felt like home and we parted from Deborah with a new friend in Sorrento. We just adore her. This hotel is a great value. Don't overlook it!! Nothing. We did not have a view but it was not a big deal. you can request one but we did not so we were not bothered as all we did was sleep and shower there, our days exploring were so long!
