I enjoyed the location and how close it was to the shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and willing to accommodate with us for our needs. The building was kept very tidy. In the ads it wasn’t made apparent of close proximity you are to other guests.

Very close to main shops, excellent restaurants, marina etc. Waking up with the view of Vesuvio made it even more special.

This was the worst place that I ever stay in…toke us two hours to get in to the apartment that this location should not be a B&B…no one answer the phone and no help at all to get the keys to get in. Just Horrible. This should not be a B&B…the breakfast was given at local bar and just a coffee and one item to eat.

Absolutely beautiful. The host was very nice and in a perfect location!

The transport the host booked for us was very sketchy, he was over 20 minutes late to pick us up due to him giving other people rides and the entire time he kept pushing his boat business and begging us to book his boat tour. He kept talking to us in Italian after we explained we didn't understand. The breakfast was not as advertised, but rather a free "breakfast" down the road at a totally different establishment and consisted of a croissant and coffee and juice. There was no communication regarding this whatsoever. We also only received 1 card for breakfast (you need a new card each day) and asked the host to message the owner of the breakfast and she never did, we only got our food the remaining days because the owner, Alberto, was so kind and understanding. Total lack of communication and accountability.

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a decent location There were no check in instructions at all or any advice from the owner as to how to enter the building or anything.

It’s beautiful inside, the breakfast included, kind staff (especially, Lili was very nice and helpful).

The willingness of the people there, Anna and Lili to help with any questions that we had. Plus the loction near togood restaurants. The small slow lift.

Great walking distance to the centre, port and train station. Included breakfast partnership cafe was beautiful. We loved our stay in Sorrento.

very clean accomodation, very helpful assistance it was quite a long walk to tje town centre, but then realized, there was this shortcut towards, haha and ohh, just realized that the toilet/ shower does not have privacy door, hehe

Good location. Weren’t bothered by the hosts and they had good communication. We had ants in our room, they were even in the bed and we woke up with bites. The room was so noisy, we were woke up early everyday by banging and doors slamming.

Facilities, location, smart home technology, breakfast included, very good communication with the host. The property is on a very good location, and looks nice when you walk in. Lack of instructions about the building access, difficulties in opening the gate - code/ key not provided.

This is one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in, the apartment, the room & the bathroom were very clean, it has music in the bathroom :) , a coffee machine in the reception, so you can drink an Italian coffee all the time which something I really loved it, it also has a small balcony with an amazing view you can take ur morning coffee with an amazing view. The only thing I didn't like that the old lady that she is managing the property came into my room while I'm sleeping and it was a bit scary, but Sorrento is very safe and beautiful, so I recommend this property to everyone.

Clean room and facilities. Easy walk to the city center and bus stop was only a minute walk away. The living area smelled like tequila and that made me feel sick, the room didn’t smell like this. There was an AC machine and even though it was on it did not work so we were hot the whole time.
