Very reasonably priced for location, staff was courteous, and the rooms/property was exceptionally clean. Would recommend staying here.

For the price this hotel was nice. There was an issue with one of the doors locking us out if the room. Also, the water pressure in the shower was non existent.

its location relatively near Notre Dame University and the size of the rooms. This should be a last resort type of accommodation. There are no elevators even though half of the rooms are on the second floor. The property needs renovations badly. Linen and towels need to be replaced. Breakfast is horrible. No staff is watching over basic things, like the availability of plastic plates or food. I stayed here because it was the only available option during graduation weekend at ND. My mistake.

Way better than expected. Prices throughout University of Notre Dame area were inflated due to graduation. Booked this hotel as affordable option with low expectations. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, had iron and board which we needed. No frills, but quite suitable for our needs. Very close to Notre Dame and many food options nearby. We ended up staying there for 6 days with no problems encountered.

The first night was terrible, the guest next door were on crack or meth, and had a child continuously crying all night with their tv volume turned up to max until 2:30am. I called the front desk to make a complaint

Room wasn't as clean as expected and the walls inside and outside are very thin.

Dee was very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was good and location was close to all the places I needed to go. The only downside was that the rooms aren't very sound proof...but luckily there wasn't a lot that disturbed me and I got a good night's sleep.

very friendly staff. they tried to make it a good stay. were super friendly towards our dog. the people in the other rooms. they were so loud and obnoxious. halls smelled like drugs. people being super loud and crazy at all hours of the night. we did not feel safe here.
