    Had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby to check in. There was a sign saying they would “be back at 6:45pm”. Apparently the front desk lady was taking her lunch break. But all Hampton inns are supposed to have 24/7 front desk service, and no warning was given that we would have to wait! The email just said check in available starting at 4pm. We couldn’t use the Hilton app to check in cause we had no service and no wifi password in lobby. Also had to pay $20 just to park overnight. And our TV wouldn’t turn on. Asked many times, no compensation/refund was given for any of our troubles.

    It was clean. The pillows were very small, like the size of a throw pillow! I had never seen that before, even in this type/level of a hotel. There were only 2 towels. There was no airport shuttle.

    All is good. Comfort bed. Only issue that I have is the head board of the bed smells. It smells like a person stayed under the sun woth all the sweat dried up. That keeps me awake.

    Great stay! Parking very convenient so many parking available and affordable only $18 per night unlike other hotel parking starts at $25 a nighy. Good buffet breakfast they serve different breakfast on a Saturday morning & Sunday morning. Highly recommended. Will come back.

    The hotel is nice, the dumb $19 to park is ridiculous. Our room had an unusual odor, like mold or damp musky mess. Breakfast was pretty good.

    We went back and forth to the front desk multiple times, and nothing was really done to resolve the situation. I also requested a refund due to all the inconvenience, but was told there was nothing they could do. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and because of how poorly everything was handled, we will not be staying at this hotel again.
