Broken desk lamp. No one available when first arrived for checking. Called number of assistant manager left number to her voice mail but never called back. Returned to hotel about hour later to check in around 6:30.

Easy grab and go breakfast. Affordable! A space for the adults in the bed and a pull out couch for the toddler. Loved the showers. Rotating TV for both spaces. It felt safe , clean and secure in the room. Toilet paper was thin.

Kitchen is not fully equipped like the other Suite Hotels or AirBnb. For instance, spoons, knife were missing. Additionally, a manual to operate the Induction range, coffee maker etc. will b very helpful in the ever changing tech world. Clothes Iron is also not provided.

The room layout was fabulous. I really enjoyed the rollout desk and the revolving television. I enjoyed the tranquility of the valley. My coffee maker didn't work after trying on consecutive days. The location is a little distant from downtown Reno.

Whatever you do, don’t get a room near the laundry room. The machines were active and loud all night keeping us awake. Rooms have no insolation. The staff told us they have no control of what the long term renters do.

Walls are very thin. We could hear everything going on. Some of the other guests staying were loud - somone stumbled in drunk around 2 a.m. ans was slamming doors. No one slept well.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff, easy check in check out. I will definitely stay here again. The only drawback really is there are no restaurants close, but it's a developing area so that will change, I'm sure. They a have all the food delivery services at your disposal.
