The hotel it self is newer, clean, and everyone working there will help as best they can. Easy to get to the Interstate, close to restuarants, especially if you're visiting the Spring Hill area. My new favorite hotel Home2 Suites

This hotel is probably the cleanest one we have ever stayed in! We stayed in the more expensive side of the hotel and it was worth all of the money! The staff service was top notch as well! Only have constructive criticism for 2 things: The cell phone service for our Verizon phones did not work at all in our rooms. This caused a huge inconvenience for both myself and my husband because we have jobs where we need our work phones to be working. Also the bed pillows were the absolute worst I’ve ever used in my life. When you lay your head on them, your head sinks to the bottom and the pillow covers the sides of your face and some of the front of your face and there is no padding left under your head. I suggest getting some “my pillows” or something else. Other than that, absolutely perfect stay! Pillows were horrible and no cell phone service in room.

Exceptional service, cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby is beautiful. Perfect hotel for kids..had so many things for them to do. Highly recommend this hotel. Also has a brand new Publix nextdoor.

Clean, new, friendly front desk. But the breakfast attendant was not friendly, almost rude. Wish they would have jelly. Wish they would have different bed pillows or bring my own. Hotel is a great stop from the freeway.
