Pool was drained and filthy. Paid for a king suite months in advance and elevator was broken for weekend so with my knee needing surgery, I couldn't keep doing four sets of concrete steps up and down all weekend so they gave us a regular queen room but no apologies or any type of refund for the room downgrade. No room cleaning. We had huge stack of wet towels piled up and had to keep going back to desk to get clean ones. Very very disappointed in a Hilton brand hotel. Also one set of glass automatic entrance doors was broken and had just been forced open and was stuck like that. On our arrival date, owner had his truck parked in the load/unload drop off and nobody could use it.

Shower still had peoples hair in it. Booked hotel for the pool and when we got there no one told us it was closed also the water was off when we got there and we had to go into town to use the restroom.

Room is spacious and clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. Location is close to the Fort Bragg. Stayed her before and this place does not disappoint.

We had a great 2 night stay. Staff were kid friendly, breakfast was great, but no waffles. There was a pool, but it was broken so we couldn’t use it, which was a bummer. Overall, would stay here again.

This location was super clean and our room smelled amazing. Kayleen was very helpful and a pleasure to work with during our stay. We've got family in town so we'll definitely be back. Nothing

Room was good. Bathroom was tiny. Rugs in room were old and had many stains. Same with carpets in hall. The other Hilton we stayed at in NJ had no carpet. Their bathroom was huge so 2 people could be in it at once. This one barely fit one person

They didn’t clean the room for three days, front rest lady was rude, I’ll never stay here again…And. Wh y leaves comment all they gone say is they sorry… trash keep your response not welcomed

Also microwaves are not provided in the rooms. Another walk to the Lobby to use a "community microwave". But the rooms do have little refrigerators. They told me at the office that "Spark" hotels are Hilton's version of a basic hotel. I wondered since this is a basic hotel why it's not priced in the $75.00 range like a Motel 6. Why not have these deficiencies more clearly stated in the advertising. I was disappointed.
