Would have been nice to have breakfast included rather than strictly Starbucks options. It was still good.

Room was clean, staff was great and very helpful. However, I stay at alot of Courtyards and this one needs major upgrades in the rooms and hallways. You could feel where the wood underneath the rug was splitting and sagging a little bit in a couple of places. A lot of shopping and food near by.

Came from out of town paid for room got there at 2 am nobody was at the front desk. Finally Ian came down around 30min of me standing outside. Than he said that I couldn’t check in because it was after midnight.

We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed.

Nice room & friendly staff. Breakfast took to long over twenty-five minutes wait time. Not enough cooks in the kitchen.

Sorry to say that the stay was not good. There is no good water pressure and at the end of the night my kids where laying on the bed when one of them said there was a bug and sure enough there was a bug crawling on bed, bed bug. We called management and got another room but we checked the beds and they were filthy and one of the pillows liked it had mold. We just grabbed our stuff and headed home.
