They were under a remodel it looked like. The elevator was only working on one side and the pool was broken.

I had a reservation for king bed through hotel.com. Arrived at hotel the next day before 8 PM. No king bed available. Clerk said they had given it away earlier. I asked why- no answer. She offered a queen. I said how about a double queen. She agreed and then she said no TV or internet currently because of storm. I understood that since we had just driven through some very heavy rain. Clerk asked me to sign form saying room met my expectations 100 per cent and agree not to complain to my credit card company. I said maybe after I see room, but I am already not happy about no king bed. We went to dinner. Came back to hotel and TVs were on in lobby- great! Went to room and tried to turn on TV. No remote. Called desk twice-left a msg. Went down to lobby. Clerk wouldn't give me a remote. She said she told me no TV in the rooms. I told her that at check in she blamed the storm. Blank look- caught in her own lie. I don't know about internet. We used our phones. Two room suite- overall clean. Beds were soft but comfortable. Linen clean. Some lights missing bulbs. Empty sockets- live power. Visible patching on walls. Hotel is undergoing remodeling. Pool opening TBD.

Very dirty. Dirt in dresser drawers, dirty underwear on headboard, stained sheets, no towels or toilet paper, and dirty showers.

Not the cleanest. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Wish I didn’t feel pressured to choose a room in which they give you options to choose your room. I was only able to view 1 out of 3 of the rooms they selected for me. Pool isn’t accessible, bedding could be a lot more clean so can the rooms.

Here is an hinest review. I checked in and they already had my room inspection form filled out. When I got ro the room there were stains on the comforter and hairs on the sheets, when I asked for new ones she told me I could change them myself. The tub was white with cleaner I wouldn't use the shower. There were building materials in the hall and none of the amenities were avaliable. The only bright spot was the housekeeper Hope. She gladly came in and changed my sheets while when talking to her she was working unpaid because they didn't give her enough hours to get everything done right. This is an extended stay facility and she resides there as well as works there. She has my sympathy for both.

Great price. Great location. I loved the kitchen area. Quiet. Staff very nice. I would stay there again

I understand the place was under some construction, but if you’re going to accept any guests in any of the rooms, then at least take pride in those individual rooms. When this was brought to the attention of the desk staff, they didn’t have any reply. I’ll be filing with BBB and possibly the health dept.

Made me pay two time it was a scam an blood on covers

Arrived at 9pm didn’t check in until 9:30 due to front receptionist not being at the desk second third shift worker arrived knocking on my door at 1am disburing my peace

I was trapped in elevator for a few minutes

The hotel was filthy. The room wasn't clean.

Roach infested

Everything it was dirty the roof leaked there was past guest dirty pants hanging in bathroom there was wrecked vehicles in parking lot questionable people loitering the area at front door website said pool was open it was not open when we mention issues

Bad

Nothing Was lied to about cable tv. Got bed bug bites all over my body. Paid for 6 days and stayed 3 after being moved to a different room and checked out and went to another place. Never be cheap again. It was like a warzone. Homeless people all over Garbage stacked at the elevators. I can’t type enough to discredit this place

I could go on.I'm glad to be out of there
