Valet were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was pleasant and polite. Breakfast was excellent. Our room and the whole property was very clean.

Closeness to everything Parking

The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.

Really liked the valet service. Loved the breakfast buffet.

The receptionist upon arrival was not very friendly and appears to be talking with someone via her earbud because she was laughing inappropriately. The next lady who relieved her at 3:00 was very nice and friendly.

Location was good. Bed was comfy. Clean sheets. We paid for valet but the valet couldn’t drive a manual so my partner had to park our car every time and it just wasn’t the experience we were paying for. We had to carry our things from the parking garage up to the room instead of dropping off at the front lobby and someone parking our care like everyone else who did valet. The front desk lady was not helpful with the valet situation. She stated that we still needed to pay full price since we were using the parking lot. I disagree we should’ve received a discount. Additionally, the AC was not great and it was often too warm in our room.

Easy check in and parking. We have small kids and wanted somewhere close to the MN Wild arena.

Very good location next to the Grand Casino Arena. Great places to eat well within walking distance. Valet parking was quite expensive, so we opted to use a nearby paid parking lot.

Clean and comfortable. The valet parking backed my car into a sign and flattened the sign and we got a free night of parking for it only.

The hotel and staff were so nice!! A big thing was we forgot my daughter’s favorite blanket at the hotel. We lived too far away to go get it and they are mailing it to our house! They are amazing!!
