Very Friendly, Professional Staff... Great Location, Easy Walking Distance...
-
Beautiful boutique hotel, rooms are tastefully decorated, clean with nice amenities.

The dust under the bed was thicker than the comforter. Owen, at the front was incredibly rude and seemed to have a sour attitude. Got a clean suite at a nearby hotel for $10 more per night.

I liked the preservation of the past - the style - the Architecture.

Stayed 3 nights with 1 room 2 nights, 1 room 3 nights and never cleaned our rooms take out trash or bring new towels/linens. Had one vehicle there and parked in capital city lot, was given what we thought was a pass for validation to park while staying at Hotel 340. When we exited we were charged $84 for parking. We also had a third reservation for another room and never got that room that was booked through Hotels.com.

Breakfast was good. Thankfully the young lady had opened breakfast slightly before 7. Would be great if they would open by 6:30.

Was easy to miss when driving by. Luckily, we parked in the parking ramp that the hotel was contracted for. Room was smaller than anticipated. The mattress was so uncomfortable, we kept sliding into the middle. Heard weird noises throughout the night, thought it was the heater but turned out there were articles that said the hotel was haunted. Was not aware until afterwards that we had complimentary passed to the Athletic Club until after we checked out and read some articles online - this would have been nice to know at check-in. After 10 (I think) the doors are locked and need the keycard to enter, the doors were sticking so we had to wait for someone to let us in. The buzzer volume was so low we couldn't hear the first time we buzzed in. Breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, waffles, cereal, etc. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay but be prepared to sink into the middle of your bed.

Old modern style hotel feeling. We were able to use the skywalk to the Xcel..big bonus

The beds are comfy but the rooms and service wasn't great. Our hotel room was so small you can't open doors or cupboards all the way without hitting something. We got locked out of the skyway entrance and no one was working the front desk on a Saturday night to answer our calls or let us in. We had food delivered and an hour later there still was no one at the front desk and our delivery person was locked outside. I tried to bring it up the next day at checkout but the front desk person gave me a bunch of attitude and didn't seem to believe me. Breakfast was also very disappointing. I can get a better breakfast at a Comfort Inn, the whole experience just wasn't worth the price of the room. They also don't validate parking and you only save $1 a night. We had to pay $36 in parking for the weekend.

Great location and I love the decor and vibe.
-
Front clerk was very cheerful and helpful with hotel information and also surrounding area, to find a place to eat and how to get to xcel center.
-
Very nice atmosphere
-
It was so bad we left a day early, unless they do serious remodeling and repair i would not recommend.
-
Beautiful building, but very small tiny rooms. Toilet and fan/wall heater was loud as well. No outlets to use, only a powerstrip.
-
Stayed two nights, overall clean room, the bathroom could have been better though! Staff helpful & friendly!
-
Convenient to everything we needed. Shopping museums, restaurants, and entertainment.
-
Really cool hotel. Lots of cool history. Only complaint was the air was so, so dry, I could hardly sleep. I attribute a lot of this to it being in the dead of winter. However, the bed wasn't terribly comfortable. That didn't help with the trouble sleeping either.
-
Old, beautiful building (loved the architecture). Rooms were unique (bathroom and shower in separate spaces), but really nice.
-
The hotel has no particular parking place. The ones around are very expensive.
-
I thought this hotel was beautiful. Everything about it was wonderful.
