Room was outdated, the bed wasn’t comfortable and the hotel was so noisy

The door latch in the room did not feel very secure, which raised concerns about safety. In addition, the exterior entry doors were difficult to use and often did not work properly. The property's online photos were also misleading. Many appeared to be stock photos and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel. The hallways were poorly maintained, with noticeable stains on the carpet that contributed to an overall unclean appearance. Overall, the property was disappointing due to the smoke odor, lack of customer service, misleading photos, cleanliness issues, and security concerns. The combination of the smoke odor, cleanliness issues, security concerns, and overall condition of the property was enough that we decided not to stay. We left shortly after arriving and found a different hotel for the night.

The stay was horrible the last time I was there was way better with one bed this had two but ...not satisfied tv did not keep having to ask staff to come up to fix, toilet wouldn't flush right away called for that. They had breakfast there but she was late to come cook on her own time.its people that actually live there is a horrible same. Never again please don't book

Exceptional

The lady at the front desk was so kind, however, I was there for 7 days and never had housekeeping come in. I inquired about it at the Front Desk and she apologized and told me she would have someone come in the next day to clean. Housekeeping never came. I will not return to this property. That is unacceptable. Trash not dumped, no clean towels, bathrooms not cleaned.

Bathrooms shower is tooooo slow

Well thankfully the door lock and latch worked. Pool was out of service. Seems like the usual everywhere as of late. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. TV didn't work. Fridge didn't work. Toilet barely flushed. Mine as well have showered in a rain storm and you would've had better pressure. For non smoking rooms they all most likely smell of weed. I smoke but damn throughout the entire property inside and out. Door key worked when it wanted to. Will 100% not be return

The site reeks of cigarette smoke and the rooms are in desperate need of upgrades - wall air/heating units don’t have a cord to plug in, toilets don’t flush, etc.

No cleaning staff on the weekends. Looks and feels like a trap spot. Only good thing is the location and price. If you are trying to stay on budget then book.

The staff were friendly It was dirty. There were mystery stains on the bed, blankets, floors, tub, and other surfaces. Drugs were present, and the smell of marijuana filled the area day and night. The windows were so dirty it was difficult to see outside. The air vents were covered in thick black buildup. The floors had sticky residue and debris throughout the room. The bedding had visible brown stains. The carpet and blankets had multiple unidentified spots and discoloration. The bathtub had rust colored staining and visible dirt buildup. Dust, grime, and buildup covered the metal clothing rack and other surfaces. The vents appeared heavily clogged with dirt and black residue. The windows were covered in streaks and film to the point visibility outside was impaired. The entry door and surrounding hardware appeared damaged and poorly maintained. Overall, the room appeared unsanitary, poorly cleaned, and not properly maintained.

Lots of smoke odor.

The hot tub wasn't working. The breakfast didn't start until 8, way too late, chains on door and frame was busted, tv kept changing input every time you turned it on and very outdated.
