Good hotel!

The room was perfect for a family of 6. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast offered a nice variety. The only negative was the curtains were shear, letting the street lights shine in at night and the sun early in the morning.

The stay was cool. We stayed 4 nights. They never came to clean our room and we had to request towels but other than that it was nothing wrong with the stay.

The location was good and rooms were as described. Checkout time is great. We accidentally left my child's stuffed animal in our suite. She is on the spectrum and this stuffed animal is one of her most special items. We realized it was missing once we got home and began to unpack, so I called the hotel. I was told to call back the next day and ask to speak with the manager about having the item shipped. I called back and was told I couldn't speak with the manager and that they wouldn't even consider mailing the item even though I was willing to compensate for the shipping in full. The person I spoke with was short with me and said she would advise that we drive the 8+ hr round trip instead. I could understand if we lived nearby, but with both of us adults working getting back to the city is going to be very difficult and expensive for us. We rented two rooms at our stay here, and are loyalty members. I really am let down by such unkindness and lack of compassion. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, the wall was dirty, and the door was hard to open and close as it drug the floor. For the price point I expected better and expected better customer service. Breakfast could've been better as well. The pillows are horrible.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Property was very nice on the outside but the rooms were very dated and not very clean. Carpet was very stained, curtains were stained and there was even a hole in the bathroom door. Bed was pretty comfortable and sheets appeared clean. Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay at again, but would choose this one of vacancy was limited.

The only thing I was disappointed about was unfortunately the blow dryer was broken. I've never had that happen before and I had no idea it wasn't working. I had no way of being able to dry my hair other than just towel dry.
