We stayed 3 days at the hotel, and the carpet in the elevator was dirty all three days. The staff was very kind, and helpful. Breakfast was OK. The “make your own waffles” compensated for the mediocre hot breakfast dishes. The coffee was very good. Parking was good. I don’t think that we will stay at this Hampton location again.

Room was clean and quite. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was just what we needed and plentiful.

It has nothing to like about. The staff was not courteous or professional. I had reserved two rooms several months in advance. At 9:00 p.m. on the day of check-in, I received a call from the front desk informing me that one of the rooms I had specifically requested was not fully functional and would need to be replaced with a different type of room that did not offer the same amenities. I contacted customer service and asked them to speak with the front desk. I was then incorrectly told that I preferred to keep the nonfunctional room, which was completely untrue. After calling customer service again and clarifying the situation, the front desk suddenly stated that two functional rooms were available after all. However, one of the rooms assigned was an accessible room for disabled guests, something I had not been informed about in advance. In addition, the front desk employee handled the situation with an unprofessional attitude and demeanor throughout the entire interaction. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn locations before and have never experienced this level of poor customer service. The breakfast the following morning was also very limited and noticeably below the standard I have experienced at other Hampton Inn locations.

Room was not clean. Crumbs and sticky marks on night stand and desk. Floor was not swept.

Not very happy with checking out, lady had a crazy bad attitude and accused us of stealing drinks you guys don't even sell, then to top it off she checked us out in room 206 and we were room 226 , so what happened to the people in room 206 being checked out while probably still in there room, I thought this was ridiculous especially with how much we paid to stay the night while out house was under work .

This place is looking very dated and worn out! The staff was nice. And the free hot coffee was appreciated.

Our bathroom fan did not work. Also, the public restroom on first floor had so much air freshener it burned your eyes.

The front desk staff was great. The location was good. I had to ask them to clean my room. I came in late on my second night and they hadn’t touched my room. I had no clean towels at all. I asked the front desk the next morning to please have someone clean my room. I came back around 3pm. Someone went in my room and gave me clean towels but they literally just took the sheet and blanket on my med and threw it up. I took photos. I couldn’t beige it. You could see the wrinkled sheets under the light comforter. They couldn’t even make the bed! They didn’t even vacuum. There was paint that had fallen from the wall still on the carpet behind the front door. Their AC unit was barely working and we had a morning conference in the breakfast room and so many of us ladies had to run outside to pull our hair up and get fresh air. The guys were pulling off their top shirt or blazer. Securely not worth the money.

We got to our room that was resersed and it was not cleaned and we had to go to a room with twin beds. bad.

The bed was mot well made. The bottom sheet kept coming off of the mattress and the duvet cover kept coming off, leaving the duvet exposed which seems unsanitary.

Breakfast was not fresh. Fruit was no where near ripe,or even looked like it might taste good. Apples were the size of a crab apple. There was 1 flavor of yogurt. No pastry selection and what was there did not look like something that one would want to eat. The coffee was bad and cream ? I can find same thing at a gas station.

Awesome stay!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with nice variety. Parking felt safe. Room was pretty good but more than 1 towel per person for 2 nights would have been helpful.
-
I did not enjoy the free breakfast. Although I am sure it was delicious. I am not a breakfast eater. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was quiet and peaceful all night. Checking in and out was easy.
-
We went hiking prior to checking in and the hotel was a close location to where we hiked so that was nice. There were restaurants within walking distance so we enjoyed that as well.

Facility was excellent Middle aged black woman who was cleaning banged on my door like the cops at 10 am. Check out is 11 and I didn’t appreciate the disturbance. Then for 20 mins from 1040-1107 when I came out of my room the vacuum was running directly in front of my door. I looked out the peep hole and a person wasn’t even with it, it was just running to be loud. Very rude and disrespectful of guests. I was working and the noise was unnecessary.

I didn't get a King size bed either night but was charged the second night for a king room. I feel I am owed $49. For the room difference. The hotel said I had to reach out to you to get a refund for the difference. Being over charged for the second night.
