IT Was Closed not open

Nothing. The hotel closed a year ago! Arriving on the check in day to find 1) an empty parking lot, and 2) a sign on the door that it was closed. The hand-written note on the door said the property was closed and to call 512-758-1303 with questions. I called and was told the property had been closed a year ago! After making that call, I noted that the property has been quietly removed from Booking.com.

THE PROPERTY THAT WAS CONFIRMED LAST WEEK WAS CLISED TWO MONTHS AGO!!!? IT WAS FREAKING CLOSED

How am I able to like anything about a cl9sed up building!!! Not having a hotel on my daughter's graduation weekend after carefully making a reservation SIX MONTHS EARLY!!!!

Everything. despite accepting our booking and sending us a cheerful reminder just a few days before, when we arrived it was closed with just a perfunctory note on the door. Inside it looked as if it was undergoing renovation so this was no short term emergency. They are still taking bookings online despite being closed. The hotel should be taken off your site. AVOID

arrived to hotel and there was a sign on the door that said “we are closed”. called the attached number and was told they had pipes that burst and hotel was flooded. we were never notified and booking was never canceled. see above

They should not be allowed to take reservations when they have been shut down. No customer service.

Nothing HVAC leaked outside air through gaps. Had to plug it with plastic bags. No hangers in closet. soft uneven floor in bathroom. Sink was separating from counter. Front desk staff sleeping at the desk.

The location was very convenient for what we were looking for. Close to our family and other destinations. The hotel was very dated and repairs were shoddy in appearance. No advertised continental breakfast. Basic living comforts (Heat and water) were inadequate. Hotel pipes froze and burst mid stay. Hotel condition and atmosphere should have given it a 1 or 2 star rating. It was rated as 3 stars at time of booking. Being part of a national chain, I did expect a better experience.

conveniently located, nice price sheets on bed didn’t look clean, furniture in room had discolored spots all over them (it reminded me of how forensics shows a room that has been lit up with an alternative light source and you can see all kids of stuff), tile was loose in entry way of the room and I almost tripped over it, paper peeling from wall corners. the only thing for breakfast was coffee and some breads (literally!) - no cereal or oatmeal or fruit or yogurt or anything to eat other than a literal slice of bread and some coffee (they were out of creamer)

not much under new owners or management new management not nice breakfast not available as in the past my room had no heat I had to go buy room heaters from lowes no coffee pot in room had to go buy one not at all the same place I stayed 4 months ago

The people next to me blasted music at 345 in the morning on Saturday and were very noisy and I couldn't sleep. I didn't even stay another night bc of it

beds were ok No working internet Dirty room, esp. bathroom No breakfast — although it was included in the price, other than stale bread slices, a dirty toaster, semi hot water for tea and horrible coffee
