The hotel location is perfect for a shopping trip. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that we found the beds quite uncomfortable and the floors in the room were dirty - waking barefoot or in white socks left the bottoms dark.

The property was right next to the mall which was why we had booked. The front desk staff was friendly each time I had a question. However my room was just ok - the beds were uncomfortable- pillows small and not plush. I had a two night stay but didn’t get housekeeping even after the housekeeper said she would return once we head out for the mall. The floors felt sticky and dirty. My feet were dirty and I had to keep a slippers on while walking around in there.

No issues with check-in. Location of property is perfect. Everything you would need is nearby or at least 10mins drive away. Rooms were well kept and cleaners respected privacy when needed.

The amount of furniture and the interior space are both excellent. There is possibly for improvement regarding the breakfast service, especially since there are no restaurants serving breakfast in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Need cups in room; drink water in room.
