I liked that the room was neat. The bed was comfy I did not like that they did not have Netflix apps or a smart television. Then TV was out of date. Also, the lighting in the room was bad. I was unable to write at the desk became the room did not have normal lights. It used 4 lamps. It was a real bummer. They also ran out of drinks. All they had was diet sodas. Also, the biscuit gravy was too thin at the Continental breakfast.

When I checked in I had already paid for the room through Expedia. When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go. Later the second person was so much more willing to take the extra steps to help me out and everything cleared. The remaining stay was excellent.
