Extended Stay America Select Suites - Tallahassee - East

The quietness in the room, the cold ac, the shower, the bed There were no usb ports to charge my phone, the tv channels didn't work, there were no light switches next to the bed, so I had to walk in the dark to get to the bathroom or the light switch.

The property was nice the staff on Sunday was rude mean to a family going though a crisis

Nothing Customer service is horrible. Front desk staff are terrible

The price. The crowd. The amenities. Particularly the shower. It smelled and the water was slightly discolored. Amongst other things there were Crack heads yelling in the street at all hours of the night. Im not one to judge but.... The Crack must've been good at this location.

I liked that we didn’t die from dysentery or any other communicable diseases! Pretty much everything. How about hot water? Could we get some hot water, or is that an extra fee? Check-in was a disaster. We had a room that the guy had to let us in to because the lock was broken. The room smelled like an old gym sock dipped in basement mildew, and then reused as someone’s naughty towel for months between washings! All jokes aside, this place was a serious dump. If it wasn’t for us having 2 giant Cane Corso with us I would have been worried about our safety as well. All in all, -10 stars. How you gonna threaten me with a smoking fee and your rooms smell like they do?!?!?

I like the kitchenette and the location and washer/dryer Matress was not comfortable and the floor was sticky.

The floor was dirty my daughters feet were black after walking around for a few minutes

Nothing Everything

No hand towels or wash clothes in both reserved rooms. Dirty air filters, blood in bottom of fridge, dirty floors, no black out curtain, homeless live in woods surrounding property.

There was no hot water, ask for assistance and no maintenance until of course I was checking out, I was offer a partial redund and nothing came way! Don’t recommend this place

Will never stay there again. Bugs, mold smell,mildew in bathroom, loud slamming doors all night long, people sitting in cars out side. Definitely sketchy. Sticky floor. Outdated. Tv on worked half the time then said no signal.

The only way to get into a room was if the front desk clerk opened it for you She left at 10 The room was very 1960's motel 6 If there had been any other hotels available in Tallahassee I would have walked out
