Great staff ! Really helpful, clean. And good location

Room was clean, staff was nice and Parking was good

The floors were sticky; the tub had paint all over it making it look dirty.

I rented this spot for the jacuzzi but it isn't working. It was late so I just stayed instead of finding a less expensive hotel without a jacuzzi.

The hot tub needs work on only one jet works

Bed is horribly uncomfortable chose this location for the hot tub, the water was cold, bubbler didn’t work, no sign or warning it was broken staff didn’t seem to care

We had to wait 2 hrs before we could check-in due to cleaning delays.

Great location. Good price. Breakfast was good as well. Checked in at 8pm, Went to shower and did not have a shower curtain. Had to go from the 4th floor to front desk to get one. Then in shower did not have any soap in dispenser. Epic fail in this area, but other than that was good.

ELEVATOR worked, location is central to the best part of Tallahassee. A pretty place to stay and no issues, bed was comfortable and so were pillows

Our room was passable but had cracked tiles in the entry way and a falling ceiling and black mold in the closet. Lots of dings in the corners of the walls and the bathroom was so small we could barely fit in the shower. Breakfast is not continental or free as described when reserving the room. There was clearly little attention taken in patching the ceiling and walls by the elevator on the third floor. Staff was ok but not very professional (we heard cursing in the common area). Overall, I was disappointed and I'll choose another hotel when I'm in Tallahassee next.

The toilet had a ring around it, there was mold in window seal, and the light was flickering

Cleaness and peaceful

The hotel was in a good location, service was good and room clean but it was not Hilton quality! There was no hot water for a shower, there was no breakfast in the morning, there was no local network channels and streaming was really bad, also something minor no water in room for Hilton member.

Dee Jones at the front desk was ama ing helping my elderly parents find the hotel & check in after dark.

Quiet clean lobby was clean
