Front desk wasn’t pleasant

No microwave is in the room but they do have one available to use upfront which was good. Don’t like paying the deposit at the property without notice and they only take card.

I did not like one thing about this hotel because i went by the reviews, but there was no clear communication about no TV. No wi fi when I got there, otherwise I probably would never have stayed. There were spiders the size of my hand in this hotel. There were bed bugs, and I did not sleep in the bed. Someone banged on my door and was trying to open it at 2 o'clock in the morning, half of the outlets in the room did not work. And not functioning the floor was extremely slimy The furniture looked like it was from a motel. Six, this place should be shameful.That they are operating under these poor conditions. Same as above. And as soon as I said, something or complained about what I saw, the lady up front was completely disrespectful, unprofessional and very aggravated and not helpful at all. I told them that they would need to refund me. My money, because I ended up finding another place that was a 10 out of 10 I would actually give it an 11 if I could. And the price was, so much lower than what I paid here i highly recommend that you do your research before booking this place.Because obviously it was bought out by somebody that did not take care of it.And it has just completely fallen apart and is very poorly maintenanced.

Unfortunately there aren’t much to like. No internet and no TV working. The staff wasn’t able to help.

The location I saw a roach. The staff was not friendly.

Just a problem with the tv and the fridge but not a bad place to stay just small stuff

Disappointing

Room wasn't fully cleaned, breakfast wasn't as advertised.

The clerk was friendly I didn't have an hot water. I stayed there for two nights with no hot water. I want reimbursed or nothing.

No hot breakfast, bad location, also Noise outside

Generally good value for the money. Missing hair dryer, coffee maker in room. Shower rod was loose also out of wall. TV did not have access to any channels.

Nothing I was concerned about myself and my minor child’s safety

Employees were rude and not friendly.

It was clean The elevator down from the main lobby to get to the actual elevator was broken. There is an outside entrance you can walk to to get elevator access without using the stairs. Day 1 there were no waffles. Day 2 the only breakfast available was cold items. They only service rooms after day three, which also means they don’t enter to even take trash or replace towels. Which I find odd, we checked in on Friday and left on Monday and they didn’t come once. We had to put the trash outside and call for new towels.

Room did not have a coffee maker which was very disappointing.

Location, puctures on advertisement Tv didnt work, air conditioning didntvwork, weightcroom out of order, floirs dirty, didnt stay left & requested a refund which i have yet to receive after filing complaint wirh you all
