Staff was friendly, however my room has a foul odor and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, woman’s hair was all over the shower and the shower curtains.

Absolute trash. Nothing. I hated everything about this property. Has the tiniest lobby I’ve ever seen the elevator is from the 1800s apparently and my room smell like snack. Tons of cockroaches so beware. They’re aware of the roaches and have already set percentage of what they’re going to give you off when you complain about the roaches definitely don’t forget to get your discount before you leave.

The bathroom was okay as well. It was a bit dusty and the shower sprayed water on the wall which then ended up on the floor. During our 5 day stay, they cleaned on the fourth day. The breakfast included egg which did not taste like eggs at all, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagel, Muffins, bread and cream cheese. It was very basic. In the smoking area, there were cigarette packs everywhere. It was about 15 minutes away from Sawgrass Mills Mall. Overall, it was on okay stay but I will not return.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The hotel location was perfect for our needs, and the room was very spacious and clean with great amenities! The breakfast was also quite good, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

The elevator wasn't working, so we had to take the stairs, with our luggage and I have a bad knee. The room wasn't clean I thought they the room was supposed to be cleaned daily. The remote back was missing. This place has the feel of a motel, its not worth the price i paid per night.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. Elevator not working. Was there for my son who was there to recover from surgery. Toral Blaire who checked us in, sent us to the wrong building to take the stairs and instead of staff helping us, she proceeded to argue with us and was sending others to the wrong location. Not handicap friendly at all. No ice machine working on second floor. Entire building had to use 1 ice machine and it kept running out. Only stairs available. I walk with a cane and was very unhappy and uncomfortable my whole stay. The staff was terrible. Requested a room clean on second day. They said we could only have 1 day. FYI, no one ever came to clean. Shower curtain was coming off the wall. some of the outlets didn't work. Fridge didn't work properly. Toral Blaire was the women's name who checked us in and was rude and not willing to give us some help or get someone to help with our luggage and supplies. Very dishearten. Like I said it was THE WORST EXPREINCE I have ever gone through at a hotel and I've been all over the country and Japan
