Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Westshore/Airport

Great location for the concert we were attending at Raymond James stadium. Nice room layout. Comfortable stay.

The bathroom was very small with no counter space. I have never stayed at any hotel (especially one that costs $250/night) that charges you for breakfast. There was a small shop in the lobby that charged $6 for a bagel!

The location was convenient to the pier where we were leaving on a cruise They said we had to join the reward program to access the internet. That's terrible.

The room was clean as well as the lobby and corridors. The only minor issue was that the night stand lights did not work.

Very clean everywhere in the building, staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. The only complaints I have would be that the room only has one mirror (over the sink) which makes it challenging to get ready. Also the WiFi is pretty bad and spotty.

Breakfast was okay except they only offer breakfast for 2 and I was charged for 2 extra people and I didn’t get it. I had to pa for the 2 other people. Maybe just offer continental breakfast so everyone is included.

They wanted our kids to sleep on pullouts. (Which we found dirty socks in) and they just gave us sheets and made us make the bed ourselves. Would not recommend this hotel to other families.

Angela at the front desk was wonderful. The shuttle to the Airport was easily arranged and was prompt. Driver was wonderful

I would stay here again, but it did start out rocky from the airport (PIE). When I booked through a third party, they told me the hotel shutteled out of both airports so I went ahead and book the room, but come to find out they do not shuttel from the St.Petterson/Clearwater Airport ( PIE ) So I had to hey a taxi or uber to the hotel. Other than that the stay was amazing and the front desk staff was very helpful with refurring shuttel out to cruise port. ( BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SHUTTEL TO CRUISE PORT FROM THAT LOCATION).

We arrived very early for our check-in and the woman at the counter was so nice…she didn’t want to give us a room facing the highway so she said to come back in about an hour and there would be something ready…but then she came running out to our car to say she found a room that was ready! She was so excited and apologized for running out. No apology needed! We were 1.5 hours ahead of check/in time.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel as breakfast was not complimentary. Wish breakfast was complimentary
