Clean room, good breakfast
-
Awful bed and the air conditioner never got the room to a good temp.
-
The room was clean. ID scan at registration. I'm not sure we trust your security to have an ID on file.
-
Not the best soundproofing. Poor quality toiletries.

I checked in after 11pm which was a process to get my room key since the front desk was closed down. Once getting to my room it smelled so strongly of a chemical odor I couldn’t sleep and it gave me a migraine. I even opened the windows and ran the air conditioner on high, but that did not help. I contemplated going to my car several times to sleep during the night and ended up checking out early. The hotel looks nice from the outside but apparently you get what you pay for.. I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation. Do NOT recommend to stay here.

1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair and my suitcase blocking the door. 5. Our room was clean enough to stay three nights because everything was sold out due to the BTS concert but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! 6. One night we even had handwritten notes slipped under our door from strangers promoting their personal YouTube channel! 7. The “breakfast” consists of small muffins and granola bars with no supervision so children and guests would grab handfuls not leaving enough for others. 8. The property is walking distance from shopping— one plus.

The staff was phenomenal and very helpful

Could use some interior updates

The location The property was dirty and smelly. The room was also dirty and with a weird smell , there was not even a hair dryer in the room , there was not an ice machine in the whole property. These are basic amenities you can find at any hotel except on this one .

Great Everything was great

Renovated and good customer service

Enjoyed our stay, room smelled like cigarettes when we first walked in but once we got use to it was chill.
-
Extremely quiet even though we were on the first floor. Room was clean and bathroom had plenty of hot water. Did not have coffee or grab and go. Front desk interaction was fine. Only stayed 1 night.
-
The room was dirty, hair in tub. Refrigerator handles were broken off. Room next door was talking, laughing and loud until 4 am. Very disappointing.

No full breakfast—just light snacks like oatmeal and bars. I initially booked 13 days and later extended my stay to 15 days. When I arrived late at night, I was assigned Room 121 near the front desk. Due to the noise from check-ins and check-outs, I was unable to sleep well. The next morning, I requested a room change and was moved to Room 319. I would appreciate it if quieter rooms could be assigned initially to improve guest comfort.

The floor was disgusting. Everyone had super dirty feet after 10 minutes walking around in there. I cleaned the floor and the towels were black. Also, the bathroom door was super heavy and didnt close all the way

I'd I could give 0 rating I would. The customer service here is the worst of the worst. Any question that I asked to the front desk they replied with attitude and flat out rude. We also got an additional $200 taken apart from the deposit when we checked in. When checking out the front desk said the cleaning lady accused us of allegedly broking something, and when we asked what the item was they only said "I don't know." When we asked to speak to a manager they just pointed at the number to contact and said "there". Aboutly disgusting of a service here. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place needs a regional manager check.

Lobby smelled like urine and still had St Patrick’s Day decoration up. “ Breakfast” was a joke. For the price I was expecting more. This place is a dump and will never stay at Extended Stay again!!
-
Amazing experience, from check in to check out! Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean property and clean room. Free grab and go breakfast is a plus!

The staff I encountered on both days were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and meeting my needs. The room was nicely appointed and I could see myself staying there a few days with the amenities offered and that could be requested. I loved all the outlets available. The to-go breakfast was nice as well. Although I wanted a non smoking room, and my room didn't smell of smoke, I felt like I could smell smoke (weed/cigarette) coming from somewhere into my room. It would be nice if the vending machine was more easily accessible and perhaps on each floor. While I appreciated the fact that they had a door dash/menu in the desk drawer, having that info on the website would be nice as well to allow for short term pre-planning. A
